I don't identify as sigma but I choose silence to end any relationship that turns out to be toxic. I came to the conclusion long ago that explaining the reasons for my decision to end a relationships was an utter waste of time. Anything I say will simply be ignored, used as leverage to try to reestablish a toxic situation or twisted to make me look like the bad guy. Silence is the best and most final action to conclude a bad situation. I have employed silence in all kinds of situations: employment, social relationships and romantic relationships. There is no point in explaining. I simply disengage, move on and never look back.

I love these videos. It has helped me understand myself. People made me feel that I didn't fit in at times and could not forge buddy buddy relationships no matter how hard I tried. People didn't value loyalty and truthfulness as importantly as I did.

this is true of me with nearly everyone I meet. but I have had blind spots. now in my 60s I see that only 80% of us all are capable of giving and receiving love or otherwise redeemable to that way of life. 10% are not but do not actively fight peaceful existence with others. But 10% of us all are actively seeking to destroy for self gratification or self-adoration and are not redeemable. No repentance,, education or therapy can change them, There are defective people. Even sigmas must learn and grow.

Its a blessing and a curse.

I had a girlfriend whom I told that if she ever broke up with me all I wanted from her was for her to mean it. She broke up with me 8 times in a year, I never once asked her to change her mind, she'd just show up like nothing had happened.
