I hated these archetypes. I refused for the longest time to believe in any of them because I am different and a bit of an Enigma and go my own way. Then somebody said that is exactly a Sigma. (Damn it!). However, these videos really help me to embrace and become who I truly am. You can't escape who you truly are and there is no point in trying to be someone your not.
