Materials
The art materials I use in the videos are not sponsored.
I prefer to work on multi-purpose paper, more info in this video: • How to choose the RIGH...
In almost all my videos I use with Winsor&Newton Galeria acrylics, if not, I will say so in the video.
Other materials I use are in random order: 5, 10 and 40mm brushes, palette knives, acrylics medium, Ecoline liquid watercolor, Lyra color pencils, Lyra soft pastels, oil pastels, Stabilo color pencils, paper palette pad and basic masking tape. I also use household items like a permanent marker, scrub sponge, scissors, paper towel, and so on.

I’ve just found your channel and it’s the best , I’m having fun working through all your videos. I love messing around with the rules in art . Your channel is really inspiring and informative encouraging novices like myself.
Hi T J, thanks. Great to hear you are enjoying yourself and thanks for the compliments. Messing around with the rules is fun to do, I like it too. Use what you can and change the rest. Happy painting, Albert
Thank you Albert for all of your inspiring tutorials. I learn something new about my favorite artists, here, that I never knew before. For example, with your Motherwell video, you introduced me to his Open series, and this inspired me to do an abstract series of my own. I wanted to let you know that Lichtenstein, and I always wondered if the dots and lines were individually painted by hand like the rest of painting, but no. The artist used stencils for his benday dots.Whew, that saved him time and patience! Thanks again for your wonderful and truly eye opening lessons.
Hi Daphne, thanks. Lovely to hear about your own open series! Oh and nice to know about Lichtenstein. It really saved him lots of time like that. Happy painting, Albert
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Asa, enjoy painting, Albert
Another poor pastiche
Hi Bernard, thanks for commenting. And also thank you for choosing the word 'pastische' what means an imitation that celebrates the work of art it imitates. Exactly what the video and my whole channel is about: celebrating art and enjoying making your own version, everyone at its own skill level. Enjoy your day, Albert
