I was a Boom Operator for 9 years. Loved every minute I was in the air flying. I had no idea I was going to be sitting in a cubicle at a computer for most of my career. The Air Force doesn’t teach you Microsoft office. Wish they did because that would’ve made the rest of my job a whole lot easier.
It was AMAZING! I retired as an E-8 with 20 years in 96 with A & R model time. I loved it. The BEST JOB EVER!
