Holy cow. I've been making this on my smoker for years, struggling with a big foil roasting pan to get everything mixed. Garbage bag. Huh. Whoda thunk? Game changer. Thanks man.
My granny made it and called it Texas trash. Of course being in TX it makes sense lol. She saved her bacon grease up and used it for trash at Christmas time.
Have a awesome road trip and enjoy. That's a pretty good idea mixing all those ingredients and adding the seasoning. Really liked watching the taste test.👍
I absolutely love the addition of the butter to the seasoning. Highly underrated and vastly underutilized. I've found with stuff like this that the smoke is even better after a day or more.
@@PelletsandPits It's most noticeable with smoked cheese. It's really not good until at least 3-4 weeks later. Lets the smoke mellow and equalize. Maybe a smoked cheese video on your LSG. :)
😂😂 just before you said it, I thought he needs a concrete mixer. They do make the DIY concrete mixer in plastic that you just roll on the ground. But it may not be big enough. Sounds like a recipe we will have to try.
My wife makes this every year for Christmas in the oven. We also add Cheerios, they take on the Worcestershire sauce and shrink down to make flavor nuggets, We will have to try this on our Weber. I don't have a Pellet grill yet. 🫕
Hey, love the Cheerios too. Another good sauce soaker is garlic bagel chips. Our bulk store sells bags of sliced almonds and those are good too. Better than peanuts for me. Also, I like to add some powdered cayenne to really kick it up.

Boss, I love me some tater soup. This isn't a home run. It's a grand slam. And you used the same hot sauce that I use. Telepathic signals, maybe ? 😊😊
