- This vehicle is absolutely insane. Its survival, firepower, and movement are unchallenged and honestly, I think DICE need to look at either rebalancing it or moving it into another category.

I've noticed that more players have upgraded CAVs by now. I T1d mine very quickly and have taken notice to the loadout selections people are using.
Personally I've always felt that it was the most well balanced vehicle in the game.
I don’t know man. Battlefield have always been this way. If you have a squad working together in a vehicle they will decimate the other team. I remember watching videos the Levelcap and Matimi0 dominating with a Jeep and C4. Perhaps you should make a video on how to deal with a CAW Brawler going ham or a night bird mopping up.
Yeah for sure man, that's definitely true, not every CAV is going to look like this. I think as they add more and more vehicle seats with weaponry though the effect is multiplicative so it's hard to take it down.
The MAV back in the day used to be epic with a full crew before the 50mm cannon nerf. Drive circles around tanks because their turrets slewed so slowly, smashing them with rounds until they popped. The CAV beats out the MAV pretty easily now. MAV dies too easily, can't spawn team mates beside the vehicle and can't be repaired on the go. I don't think the CAV needs a nerf though. As annoying as it may be on the other team, rewarding team play is a good thing. Besides, it isn't immune to mines ;)
Most tanks (including this one) are pretty easy to take out even fully crewed with the Bolt.
One slight bump will send the Bolt flying over top of you as it drops AT mines and "Bob's your uncle."

It's the easiest thing to take out as a lot of ppl are not sitting in it and healing it. A tank can smoke the ram and brawler.
This isn't the vehicle that's overpowered. It's the EBLC-RAM. That vehicle is unstoppable against infantry.
The brawler is needed, for big maps tho. I have had 20 mins plus games just being a taxi.
For the explosive countermeasures i think it would be a good change if infantry could lay down so they can survive the blast.
The Brawler and the Ram are absolute monsters, the strongest vehicles in the game. The first is best suited for game modes more infantry focused and the second is better in conquest, I think. Regards from Brasil 🇧🇷

The brawler and the ram are really easy to kill. C5, AT mines and a rocket launcher does the job easy
I have to say as an MBT main, (150 mastery each) brawlers are pretty easy to kill. Against infantry, it’s a beast, but you can splash damage repairman in the back with a hit to the top or back with a HEAT shells, and it does heavy damage. (35, I think)

Easiest T1 vehicle in the game. This thing is so much fun with a good squad
I hit a cav 3 times with a tank round and it still killed me. Too OP. Just way too much of everything in this game. Nobody lays down ammo or health creates. Missiles coming from everywhere. Maps are huge. Like it was designed by little kids who wanted to play with a toy. The vehicle mechanics were sooo much better in BC2 and BF3, the heli's in BF4 were a little cumbersome.
Thats a skill issue and you were using the wrong tank shells
Strongest thing about the cav is its speed. Tracked vehicles have such slow turning and acceleration that it ruins them.
You should have seen my surprise when I found out that three c5’s didn’t destroy the tank
Still need more vehicle loadout customization options... 25mm HE/Thermal/HMG/etc..
The vehicle loadouts in 2042 have too many restrictions when it comes to infantry, especially for splash damage weapons.
simple counter to the CAV-Brawler - EMP. once you emp it, its pretty much defenseless, EMP Grenade, and C5 with Boris or Crawford + M5 and its toast.
Stealth Heli - same thing, EMP and then ATGM and Bombs = Toast.
An unnoticed flak Brawler is what scares me most as an atk helo. Those things are not to be triffled with.
Yeah they will destroy you in a heartbeat, you really have to expecrt the worst from them.

I have to disagree with this somewhat. As someone who has played a lot with the Brawler it's actually quite easily destroyed by beeper dummies with Javelins or mines (which are totally overpowered in this game) and jets and little birds. It's very hard to have a decent round with the brawler. Also after the quite a big nerf to the personal defence system if you do get close enough it won't kill and you get an easy c4 kill if you're bit damaged already.
But this with the Ram and MAV are the only really playable ground vehicles in this game...the tank and the AA are absolutely useless.
CAV BRAWLER IS THE BEAST GOAT!! I run them right up into any objective,smash anyone or anything left,then take over! Most times without bailing out,before they spam me with RPGs or recoilless missiles! Long live the Cav BRAWLER!!And I can bring teammates,if they don't panic and bail too soon!!(scared azzes)💪🏾😎If im in a Cav Brawler, I'm BF superman! My only gripe is why teammates dont chip in and we could be almost unstoppable in Rush and Breakthrough, STOP BEING SCARED AND SMASH ALL BUSTERS AND NONBELIEVERS!!💪🏾🤣😎
i love driving in all battlefield. mostly drive this one and get into good position for resparning the people and get the point

Not a surprise, the foundations for this game were for a battle royale that turned into a battlefield game midway trough.
Dont forget they also had over 2 years to make the game actually feel like a bf game

It can only kill a tank if the pilot is alone, I run TOW and 60mm Mortar and no land vehicle aside the TOR, can realistic take me down full health if I have my two mates in in. but the CAV is indeed OP
Brawler is pretty easy to take out with tank. 3 hits. Each hit is 40 DMG or something like that. Also wildcat with AT missile and 35mm canon is a decent counter
Rail gun tank is a 2 shot kill on a Brawler. Attack it fast and hard in a jet or helicopter and it's down. Watch for the green light on the APS to turn red, and it is vulnerable.
Please make a video about the ram! We’re a 3 man squad, funnily no problem with the brawler at all. But that got damn RAM is fucking unstoppable! Last night we were 6 (counting the team) no chance. Guy went 98:3 and we’re veterans of the battlefield series embarrassingly..

I managed to kill a full life brawler with just 3 c5 once. I think the trick is to put one of the 3 on the rear

I wouldn’t say the brawler isn’t untouchable like you say it is, for one AT mines deals more damage to the brawler and do not need to manually detonate, you can throw them onto the vehicle and then they move a bit and then die
You said that the brawler needs people on the seats to be effective, but by that logic the MAV can do the same and has more guns to fight the brawler. So can the MBTs and Ram too

I love how people and even youtubers speak about railtanks as broken. But they do so because they get owned by them. Railtanks are vehicle killers. And that's their design. But they are useless after that. There is no unballance there. If you pick a vehicle and get destroyed by a rail tank, that's your own fault.
Just 1 rpg n anti nade with a boris turret can take more than half its hp in a quick burst, just idiots don't help kill it fast 😂
It’s technically stoppable only if the players in the Brawler respawn

DICE can no longer make a good battlefield game and the way they approached vehicles both in the way they play and the dynamic with infantry and other vehicles is one of the many reasons I am confident they have truly lost their touch.
This game has gotten worse in this regard starting with lis. A TV missile on an infantry is unbalanced and goes against the principle of "to damage a vehicle you also have to expose yourself to damage". The only real weapon that kinda did what lis does is the javelin, but javelins can be countered by breaking line of sight. With lis that is not possible.
Next they add the RAM which is somehow an anti air, anti vehicle, and anti infantry vehicle. Previous ground vehicles had specific strengths and weaknesses, an LAV will roll infantry but will lose to a tank most of the time. An AA vehicle will deny space for air vehicles but will be killed by tanks. This rock paper scissors system is no longer in the games these days. You have latvs working better than designated AA, brawlers and MAVs that can kill tanks, and a railgun tank with no counters aside from other railgun tanks.
DICE need to understand that less is more with vehicles, and not add fortresses with no weaknesses and no counters. As for the CAV and MAV they need to be destroyd by tanks in 3 shots minimum and tanks need more health to counter the crazy power creep thats only been rising with all these new vehicles
I love the brawler, just ram through a wall and kill, the brawler is a great short range infantry killer but against tanks and engineers it gets destroyed quick.
No offense but I hate when bf TH-camrs try something for the first time and realise the great potential the vehicle has and THEN DEMAND DICE TO NERF IT, just pisses me off
Like I said nothing against you or anything but please stop asking for dice to nerf something you find good to use.
It's very rare to find a team that works together like you are in the brawler, only clans or a group of TH-camrs ever have this kind of teamwork.
I honestly doubt they will nerf it or make any changes to it man, I believe they're only looking into the TOR currently. I do think it's something to bare in mind for the next game though, this just seems to be a theme with all the 2042 vehicles that they all are giant weapons platforms similar to the gunship, and sometimes feel almost impossible to take down. This makes the vehicles real hard to balance because it's completely dependant on how many people you have in there at a time. That being said for sure that's part of the fun of Battlefield.
All I'm saying is, it's supposed to be an 'armored transport', but it is used much more as a tank. So...if DICE wanted another tank or a heavier version of the RAM, then mission accomplished.

watch out, Ghost will tell you its the TOR, despite the TOR has a very big disadvantage over the CAV, EBLC and even the Bolte.
@CapStar362 yeah but the TOR can 2-3 shot those vehicles. And the fact that most of the community want the vehicle either removed or to never return in future titles,I think that speaks for itself

miss me with that argument, i hate nightbird pilots and TOR is one of the few defenses we have against them, hell, now half the AOW Maps dont even have the Wildcat. DICE is killing this game.

This game is so unbalanced, vehicles are too OP and there are too many vehicles in the game. You need a squad off 4 people too destroy vehicles its just insane. Than the gunplay is unbalanced, trash and not working!! Most of the time i wonder where my bullets are going, no hit registration at all. Classes are unbalanced, assault class is too OP, it has the best specialists, most magazines, all the explosions and also a health pen, how OP is that. While ingineer with the most importent job, too destroy vehicles is the worst class in game. I think its best too strip the health pen from the assault class and gif it too the engineers too balance the classes.

Is this what the game is about now? squad of 4 subhumans abusing something overpowered? I was considering trying the game, but it's playerbase seems pretty much dead based on player numbers and if this is who you're going up against, where is the fun? No wonder it's steadily dying.
