Like class specialist.
They just need a tad more rework.
Just have each class has 3 separate perk packages that changes how they play within their class. Like a anti tank assault, has more explosive, or a front line assault has more ammo, and is a little faster and mobile. Etc.
That way you have options to play how you wish

Yup they want season pass and weapon bundles and skins for players which will more than likely mean specialist to peddle micro transactions because people are woefully dumb enough to waste more money after initial purchase.
@joshwongwai3532 I have spent 100% less post game purchase with live service/micro transactions than I ever did with dlc.
You've definitely spent more, just not money, DLC also forced the company to actually put out content as they are contractually obligated to if you get a season pass, with live service, they can just drop service at any time without giving you ANY content, which is exactly what they did with 2042

I want that Battlefield 3 tone back. Soldiers getting stuck in and getting shit done. More so than 4, which in my opinion felt more Hollywood than 3.
The Delta Force multiplayer kinda killed my interest in it as a Battlefield competitor.
they nailed the voice lines and maps in BF3 compared to BF4
@@lastHERO22 Only thing better in 4 in terms of voice lines was Russians and Chinese speaking their respective languages (even though I hear it wasn’t spoken very well). But yeah, the maps in 3 were way better. Especially for Rush, whole sections of maps were only seen in that game mode.

The other bad news is that I have no intention of hearing about it until I fully recover from Battlefield 2042's launch. I love your channel, Ghost, but I just can’t do it yet. Alright they came up with a boss babe character! Furiosa had something similar. If they can't learn lessons in one arena how should one expect them to learn lessons in others? Maybe it will launch with a scoreboard this time.
I never played battlefield for campaign unless it forced me to and honestly I wasn't happy about it. I play it for the multiplayer. The battles. Seems like a mistake. They need to focus on their hardcore fans. The one's that made them.

I think Battlefield 5 needs a lot of adding capable such as 3P soldier cam along side FOV slider. To enter was hold comm rose button and tap switch weapon button, to locked the 3P soldier cam should suppose be double tap switch weapon button. Whilst holding comm rose that shared feature also with Battlefield 1 however, in Battlefield 5 needs France, faction based off in campaign, adding couple an elite skin that simply obtain by spending company coins on whats in there on armoury/armory; along aside other items that added. But this sort of I said is possibly implement that DICE and EA would do…

I don’t mind the specialists tbh. I’m sure they wanted to implement more useable gadgets and technology since it takes place in the future, but they should use those as un-lockable gadgets to deploy with your standard classes like in the older games. Anyway they really need to implement useable night vision goggles and night maps or what would be really cool is dynamic light and day maps where you start the game at sundown and the map ends around night time or vice versa. That would be interesting

I wonder if the next battlefield 7 universe will entail all battlefield games from the past but upgraded to today’s standards, since those games are timeless, people still play all generations of them.
Did DICE and EA forgotten about Battlefield 5? Like that game needs some fixing problem, like the little issue of the improper texture buffering, along many side with such as the draw distance shows more reappear visibility when ads the scopes.
Are you kidding? It’s not financially practical for them to continue to spend time and money tweaking minor issues in a game that is several years old and that is no longer bringing in significant revenue.

One thing they should bring back from BF4 is how you enter and exit vehicles. Climbing up onto a jet and taking off from the run way was pretty cool. Same with the heli. Spawning into vehicles takes away from the immersion and is quite boring.
4:08 BF1 had easily identifiable class skins that were also country specific. Id say there was more work done vs BF4 which had less factions with there own uniforms.
All we need is Medic Assault Engineer and Support and This Deads Space Update is Beyond Me,But Portal is Working Well atm!

battlefield died after bf1. Im just glad i was young/old enough to have enjoyed it from its beginning with 1942 and its end with bf1.
Also with the fields of medic and assault there shud be limits to how many sniper douches u can have hopefully

@@TheScepticalThinker1yes and no. Typically bf maps are larger than normal shooter maps, I've always felt like I'm able to flank positions instead of being locked into a 3 hallway map where anyone with a sniper runs around like a moron and anyone with an ar camps corners.

This part is to the OP (original poster) that this leak (that should be taken with a pinch of salt as it has 0 sources) did not say that the character will be the main character, just that they are a voiced character in the game. They could be the equivalent to Hannah’s role in BF4, which if this leak is true, would be my preferred outcome
The description of the female character makes it seem they could do the same story of Hannah from BF4, with the female soldier helping the "good guys" fight an army who she shares similar ethnic background too. That's if the rumor of the antagonist being a merc group like Wagner is true.

If next Battlefield comes with specialists, it's gonna be the seccond BF in a row I don't buy.
They really need to bring back BF4 class system. A sundance flying overhead and killing me or a lis throwing TGM's from spawn the whole match. It's just ridiculous. Atleast it will force them to learn air vehicles instead of throwing TGM's the whole time.
Not Specialist, Not All Gadgets killed the game, thing is that Dice made classes with specialst allready in the game and devided gadgets to classes, THAT KILLED THE GAME.
I play server with all gadgets ON after all this years all gadgets are NOT overpowered at all 😊

I hear a lot of people talk about battlefield 3 and battlefield 4 as a focused as a core but you should also consider the stuff they did in battlefield 1 like operations consider doing long campaigns you have small campaigns fighting over a small area they have a long one where you fight over an area to area to area like 250 player operations 125v125 to do 60v60 2042 has proven this I want to see 125v125 😊

BF-4 Hardcore mode was so good. There's a big HC community, so why not have that option available? Also, no more crossplay with M&K players!
Ghost - just curious what your take is on the increase of cheaters; I've been playing this game since it was released, and played quite regularly - at least 3 hours a day EVERY day since it's release. But I haven't played since the last big update in March, because I've found the increase in hackers is just intolerable... wondering what your feelings are.

I don't understand why is it only now they are doing casting calls for the game where being fit for animations and certain dialogs are required, since it's only been 4 months since the final season 7 of battle pass? You think the game would of been way past this part of development since 2042 came out 3 years ago. Why end at season 7 and then start making the new game in the franchise? These time lines don't line up. They must be closer to end of production and just finalizing a few character parts.
Either way, if there is no campaign, and there are specialists again, I will not buy. Leave the specialists to COD and bring back individual classes.

While it may not be true at all, this leak is very interesting. It might imply a setting close to the breakup of Yugoslavia, or it might be a modern setting involving NATO vs some other alliance since Croatia is a NATO member.

Eeeehhh feels thin. I'm still not convinced they're going back to old school classes. There is too much potential money to be made selling skins, and EA wants maximum $$$. If we're at all lucky, it will be classes but a *Battlefield V* implementation of them. Trust me, I want the old system with factions back, but EA wants to sell cosmetics and pack _Battle Passes_ with content to sell premium progressions.

8:03 Imma have to disagree with you here. BF 1, V, and 2042 have really been the only arcady BF games. The rest before were more tactical and required more strategy. That's why they were good.
GTA 6 is not a direct competitor but it's going to tank marketing. TH-cam, social media, Twitch. They're all going to be full of GTA 6 instead of Battlefield. Regardless of how good that game will be.
If they actually release it finished and without bugs and add way more environmental destruction, then sure, I'll play it. But I will not pre-order ever again. Learned that from 2042. Lol

As a Croat there is no such name as Rozanda here. Also, sorry to say but as long as we have women characters we will not have that BF3/4 feeling again. You just can't when you hear women yelling every 2min. But I know they will not change that, even tho 98% of player base are male. BF will just never be that game again, so I suggest to find some other game, help it gets big, than they will replace you for full main stream audience, and then you repeat the process

Here’s my take. I think that article is right, there will be a more realism in this game. 2042 was all colorful specialist and future tech and the community didn’t like it. However if you go to 2042 portal what do you see. You see milsim servers, tarkov is doing horrible but the more gritty realistic games like gray zone warfare taking a bunch of players with them and allot of money that EA presumably wants. Battlefield needs to make money and this is EA we’re talking about let’s not kid ourselves they will have micro transactions and skins probably. Do I see this more realistic approach helping, maybe 🤷 bf3 was a pretty gritty and realistic with its sound design of cussing and the amazing suppression system (don’t try to tell me it was bad), if they take this approach and still keep it arcadey they will have a shot but will they?

A game designed for everyone is a game that is designed for no one. They have to stop trying to cater to every COD, Fortnite, Apex fan and make a game for people that play battlefield. This is the reason why a game like Helldivers 2 gained a loyal crowd. May not be as big as it once was but the idea was you attract to a certain crowd, they play the game. It’s not rocket science
