If you made a video on how you order polymailers, clothing bags and bag sizing based on products….. you’d be the goat. Not even for me. I think this was one of the hardest parts of my clothing brand journey after watching all of you and Hollywood shacks videos
Great content! Very balanced approach. You can do so much with bulk. You can sell online, do pop up shops and sell in stores. Pre-Order is a very safe way to help your pockets!
@@_therealtezshe asking about so if your manufacturer MOQ is 150 but u only get 30 preorders. Since you only got 30 those 30 will be covered by customers buying up front already but the other 120 you have to cover that price yourself because that’s the minimum can be ordered. - that’s just an example but most manufacturers MOQ is 30/50. So shouldn’t be too bad.
happened to me took a extra month to get the money to have it shipped best bet is to save extra bread in case but i’ll jus never do preorders again & if that many people really want it a restock won’t hurt
As the first comers in fashion industry who does not have a huge capital but has target consumers lived in a place that want certainty, definitely has a dilemma to which use these two methods, we want to build a credibility first by fast shipping and immediate marketing but we are afraid if our product is not accepted well by consumer.. Do u have any suggestions?
Launching my pre order soon 💎🔥

Another Pros for Preorder is you need much less capital to start business, wich is very important for the struggling entrepreneurs
1000%
3:30 could you do that video
What about the risk of not getting the amount of MOQ your manufacturer wants if doing the pre-order method?
true, completely forgot about this. best thing to do is have them expedite them to you

When running the preorder method what’s the estimate amount spent on ads for beginners when it comes to running Facebook ads?
Could spend $300-$700 on ads for a drop

How many times should you drop per month ?
🔥 🔥 🔥
yea but manufacturers has moq
Is it possible to do both at the same time
Of course, you could always produce your preorder quantity plus what you have predicted will be the continued demand.
is it possible to do bulk then do a preorder ?
Yeah you definitely can
"getting orders and money upfront without doing any sales"- but that is a sale... its just about timing
First
🔥🔥🔥
Guess what
there a lot of guess what lol
Pre orders scare customers, and you don’t trust your merch enough to do bulk🫠
