This is really amazing! The storyline, the artwork and especially the song it all fits perfectly!! The way Marinette apologized to luka is very emotional same with Adrien apologizing to Kagami. Still though It hurts to see luka and kagami enduring the pain because we all know how it hurts to see the one we love already loves someone else but no matter how hurt it is to let them go you still need to be happy for them, at least you get to be with them when they needed you the most, you know you did your best so be happy for them and for sure you'll be happy someday. Another side note: Gabriel's story is also sad but beautiful, he finally realizes how wrong he is. Yes, it's hard losing the one you love but it's also hard losing the one's who love you (like Nathalie and Adrien)

I also liked the fact that at one point in season 3 that I think Alya mentioned "the boys get to choose too y'know" or something like that when referring to Luka and Adrien. I personally think it's because it's easy to project the viewer's own insecurities on Kagami than Luka. I can 100% remember a girl just like Kagami when I was in middle school and every time I see Kagami on screen I just 8)))) my brain screams bloody murder. Also, Luka gets all the objectively good traits and is not framed as Adrien's rival, while Kagami is antagonized and almost vilified by the narrative in canon, which is also not fair for her.
I personally don’t hate Kagami, I just think she’s a little too pushy for Adrien. He’s just getting over ladybug (attempting to) and she is kinda forcing the relationship onto him. No hate on Kagami though, I just would like her a little more if she wasn’t so pushy and direct towards people she cares about.

Honestly I wouldn’t be mad at this happening in the show and luka and kagami end up comforting each other and learning that they like each other, because honestly luka and kagami would be so cute together. There personalities are so laid back but in different ways. Luka’s just a chill dude who cares about his family and friends, while kagami’s more quiet and an all over respectful and kind character (I might be wrong but that’s just how I see her, like she’s kind to people like adrien and her mother). In my eyes there perfect for each other, but I wouldn’t be mad if they just became friends tbh.
It would make sense if Luka and Kagami ended up together. I think they're made for each other like Adrien and Mari are Marinette and Luka are both Yangs Adrien and Kagami are both Yins Adrien and Mari are Yin and Yang, they're perfect for each other Since Luka and Kagami are both also Yin and Yang, they'd fit together perfectly like Adrien and Mari Luka is sweet and simple, Kagami is more poised. He could get her to show her soft and calm side, relax her. We know he'd treat her well if he liked her, if she liked him she'd do her best to treat him right in return.
There is only one reason I cant fully get on board with that. And it's because to me them getting together almost feels like their replacing marinette and Adrien. It's like a repeat of what we just saw. Marinette and adrien used kagami and luka as replacements. Idk it's cute and they compliment each other but I just couldn't forget that so easily.
I've seen this headcanon a lot and I like in theory, but is it just me or I really can't see how that would work? Maybe it's the fault of bad writing, but I honestly cannot see them together. Their interests are so different, and not to mention their temperaments. I get the feeling that Luka is too chill and Kagami too assertive. Luka would probably drive Kagami mad with his "let things play out" attitude. But hey, I live to be corrected 🤠

OMG I am legit a sobbing mess rn and I started crying as soon as I saw Luka cause he is so good and I love him but he is not the ONE for Mari (same with Kagami but not as much as Adrien needs someone who can show their love much more openly).
This is what made me cry: Luka didn’t argue or fight with Marinette saying “he’s not good enough for you” Luka let her go. He LOVES her that much to not get in the way of her happiness, even if that means he’s the one that ends up heart broken.
I like this approach. Mature, respectful and just as heartbreaking. I always thought that Lukanette was sweet. Adrigami's a little bit on a waters testing out phase for me. However, I think that between these side ships, I always felt like Adrigami ship will end is more painful for both Adrien and Kagami. Kagami's always been strong and stoic, but I am afraid that her strong persona hides a very insecure personality. Between Luka and Kagami, I felt like emotionally, Luka will be alright, in a sense that he's mature and emotionally stronger in handling things like that. But Kagami, who's used to a strong front and hard work will make her win over anything will be stumped at emotional heartbreaks. I personally think that being able to accept defeat is something she found the hardest. But hey, Chances are, the show will either downplay it, or do stuff that might throw off some people. like usual
I always thought that adrigami would end on a bitter note. Adrianette used to be my favorite but then maricat was my favorite ship but then we meet luka and I was like 😱this is the only ship for me frick the other ships let em burn idc.😁

I'm proud of you for being so mature about this.... the min luka was introduced I told my friends that this is a good thing for Mari.... she's young and because of that she has an unhealthy obsession on Adrien... their relationship would be full of high expectations of the other.... not good... Luka as sad as it is for him would help her get rid of the obsession.... that would help her to really be a friend to Adrien... Ladybug is her true self Adrien would see in her ..... so it would work out in the long run
Personally i feel like while she encourages Adrian to be bolder, Kagami's strong uncompromising personality could possibly conflict with Adrians feelings of being controlled in his day to day like. Meanwhile while Luka is a soft and sweet guy who could be good to Marinette he also plays thing really safe. They would be really good together but i dont think either of them would grow from the relationship. They would just fall into a settled peace which is lovely and rare but Adrain and Marinette not only complement eachother they sharpen one another. They banter and encourage eachother to grow but also understand teamwork uniquely as a pair.
Keep in mind that I’m typing this while crying: This is the greatest miraculous ladybug animatic I have ever seen! The music fits, there is a great story, and oh god, the drawing style! I absolutely love this animatic

This is by far one of the best animatics that I have watched, and I watch a TON of them. Your timing of the change of facial expressions with the music was great! You kept your art simple but clean, and not every person that does an animatic will erase their base lines and in my opinion that's very distracting, but you kept all your scenes nice and neat, which helps the viewer receive the storyline better. Also your storyline legit had me in tears! You had the relationships between Adrian and Kagami and Luka and Marinette working so well and their goodbyes to each other were so heartfelt. But then, just as I thought this was only going to be a Adrienette animatic you fit Gabriel and Natalie in there. That's when I lost it. 😭 So, I give this animatic a 10/10! 👏👏👏

I totally loved the contrast between Luka being calm during the confession and then sobbing afterwards (his expression killed me it was so good) and Kagami crying during the confession and then being calm afterwards. It really shows their personalities and how they each feel for Marinette and Adrien! Well done!

I watched this 3 times and cried all of them. This was beautiful. Lukas the most underrated character in the whole show. He only wants the best for everybody else, and doesn't realize that he's hurting.

Luka and kagami are good characters. Sure they're mainly there for love squares and stuff but they're still real characters and I feel for them. This is the price to pay for adrian and mari to be happy. It's sad but that's the cost. In all honesty though I would be ok with lukanette and adrigami just because luka and kagami are likeable characters that I hope stick around even if adrian and Mari get together. =)

Honestly I wouldn’t be mad at this happening in the show and luka and kagami end up comforting each other and learning that they like each other, because honestly luka and kagami would be so cute together. There personalities are so laid back but in different ways. Luka’s just a chill dude who cares about his family and friends, while kagami’s more quiet and an all over respectful and kind character (I might be wrong but that’s just how I see her, like she’s kind to people like adrien and her mother). In my eyes there perfect for each other, but I wouldn’t be mad if they just became friends tbh.
It would make sense if Luka and Kagami ended up together. I think they're made for each other like Adrien and Mari are
Marinette and Luka are both Yangs
Adrien and Kagami are both Yins
Adrien and Mari are Yin and Yang, they're perfect for each other
Since Luka and Kagami are both also Yin and Yang, they'd fit together perfectly like Adrien and Mari
Luka is sweet and simple, Kagami is more poised. He could get her to show her soft and calm side, relax her. We know he'd treat her well if he liked her, if she liked him she'd do her best to treat him right in return.

There is only one reason I cant fully get on board with that. And it's because to me them getting together almost feels like their replacing marinette and Adrien. It's like a repeat of what we just saw. Marinette and adrien used kagami and luka as replacements. Idk it's cute and they compliment each other but I just couldn't forget that so easily.
I've seen this headcanon a lot and I like in theory, but is it just me or I really can't see how that would work? Maybe it's the fault of bad writing, but I honestly cannot see them together. Their interests are so different, and not to mention their temperaments. I get the feeling that Luka is too chill and Kagami too assertive. Luka would probably drive Kagami mad with his "let things play out" attitude. But hey, I live to be corrected 🤠

This is what made me cry: Luka didn’t argue or fight with Marinette saying “he’s not good enough for you” Luka let her go. He LOVES her that much to not get in the way of her happiness, even if that means he’s the one that ends up heart broken.
I like this approach. Mature, respectful and just as heartbreaking. I always thought that Lukanette was sweet. Adrigami's a little bit on a waters testing out phase for me. However, I think that between these side ships, I always felt like Adrigami ship will end is more painful for both Adrien and Kagami. Kagami's always been strong and stoic, but I am afraid that her strong persona hides a very insecure personality. Between Luka and Kagami, I felt like emotionally, Luka will be alright, in a sense that he's mature and emotionally stronger in handling things like that. But Kagami, who's used to a strong front and hard work will make her win over anything will be stumped at emotional heartbreaks. I personally think that being able to accept defeat is something she found the hardest.
But hey, Chances are, the show will either downplay it, or do stuff that might throw off some people. like usual

Got to me, too. Not to the point of crying, but both have been blind to one another long enough.
Personally i feel like while she encourages Adrian to be bolder, Kagami's strong uncompromising personality could possibly conflict with Adrians feelings of being controlled in his day to day like. Meanwhile while Luka is a soft and sweet guy who could be good to Marinette he also plays thing really safe. They would be really good together but i dont think either of them would grow from the relationship. They would just fall into a settled peace which is lovely and rare but Adrain and Marinette not only complement eachother they sharpen one another. They banter and encourage eachother to grow but also understand teamwork uniquely as a pair.

This is by far one of the best animatics that I have watched, and I watch a TON of them. Your timing of the change of facial expressions with the music was great! You kept your art simple but clean, and not every person that does an animatic will erase their base lines and in my opinion that's very distracting, but you kept all your scenes nice and neat, which helps the viewer receive the storyline better.
Also your storyline legit had me in tears! You had the relationships between Adrian and Kagami and Luka and Marinette working so well and their goodbyes to each other were so heartfelt. But then, just as I thought this was only going to be a Adrienette animatic you fit Gabriel and Natalie in there. That's when I lost it. 😭
So, I give this animatic a 10/10! 👏👏👏

I totally loved the contrast between Luka being calm during the confession and then sobbing afterwards (his expression killed me it was so good) and Kagami crying during the confession and then being calm afterwards.
