After so much preparation, I am so happy to present to y’all this animatic!!! This was such a great challenge for me to accomplish, and it’s the longest project I’ve ever working on. I had a blast and I really hope you guys like it!!

Then season 8 reminded the fandom that this show is a Netflix original series
The 8th season was supposed to be a ton better place was even supposed to become cannon and lotor was gonna get a redemption arc. Lance was going to still do the date thing with Aloura but realize he didn't love her as much as he thought. But DreamWorks said no, and had them remake it into a crappyer season. There was a petition to DreamWorks about letting the original voltron 8th season to go up...but it failed ;-;

I mean let’s be honest they mess up every idea they get. I think for tv shows on netflix they take the original ideas for the first two seasons and then atfer the second season they take a poll on Twitter and just see what makes it to the top.

I would have actually wanted this show to have this ship be canon. It would be sweet and unexpected but they are actually very similar and it would be cute.
@@etsymichael1514 It was like they spend most time together on journey. Both already worked on team in Garrison. Plus sudden pidge reveal as girl and exploring her beauty and girly side on show would be awesome. Lance should be realizing that the one he is finding over universe is just beside him. They kept her nerd for whole show. Instead bringing her new sides. It would have awesome is this ship have sailed. Now for next adaptation, live action - universal have rights but i didn't see it coming as power rangers failed. So animation version not coming soon too. Very sad.

As a Klance shipper this is now my second favorite ship. I love Voltron but Season 8 was a disappointment. Allura has no interest in lance for 7 SEASONS and then all of a sudden she likes him. I don’t think so.
It always seemed to me that Lance was just her rebound from Lotor. I don’t buy that she liked him that way, she kissed Lotor AFTER she found out Lance liked her. She only showed interest once Lotor died

reaching 1000k subs without uploading anything it’s a good show if you like action and space I guess. It’s not that long of a show but each episode is 21-22 min long. It’s story is really good and develops smoothly be nice in my opinion. But be aware for a certain ship (not this one) people might harass you if you don’t like the ship. It hasn’t happened to me but I has happened to one of my friends. So yeah I recommend it

As toxic as the fandom was, videos like this remind me why i still love the show and the fandom.
But everything changed when season 8 attacked...
ASKDHDKFH TRUE.
Honestly tho after The Owl House came out I kinda realized... Voltron’s not well written. The show’s main problem was always that it centered more on the robot fights than the characters doing the fighting. And that just became a bigger and bigger problem as the show went on. I think that’s why the fandom got so drunk on ships and who’s relationship looks like what, because the show never gave us any of that. It gave us tiny little hints of character work that it abandoned and left the fandom to head cannon and develop those hints into something substantial because they were starving for character development. But everyone came up with different ideas and interpretations of their vaguery and that’s how the discourse and ship wars happened.
Literally no one cared about the robot fights. Nobody cared how quintessence works, or what Allura learned in Oriand, or the multiverse being real. People cared about Shiro, Keith, Lance, Pidge, Hunk, Allura and Coran. The show should’ve been about them.
I have no idea what fandom this is from, but, it's another animatic that apparently made a ship. Love to see it!
