    38+1 weeks pregnant and I got sweaty 🥵
    But afterwards I feel so good 😊
    Lunches are always hard for me
    I don’t have any balance

      You shouldn't be doing lunges during the second and third trimester at all because of the extra weight and instability, it puts a lot of pressure and skew load on the pelvis. Switch the lunges with squats instead. I'm not just telling you this out of nowhere , I'm a university student and currently studying PA (also I'm 32 weeks pregnant) and we've been taught this way 🥰 Take care of your body!

    Do you truly understand what pregnancy feels like? Perhaps you've forgotten. Do you really think a pregnant woman can exercise at the pace you demonstrated in the video? Yes, you might argue that we should go at our own pace, but is that even possible with your fast-paced music and movements? This workout caused a lot of anxiety and frustration!
