16 weeks. i used 5lbs weights for the first half of the video.. About how many calories do you think this burns? i also take long walks in the morning and hop on the elliptical for at least 10mins everyday.. struggling with my body image even though a lot of ppl say that can't tell i'm pregnant 🙁 love this video!
Don't be obsessing too much as you will naturally gain fat . You're not gonna look pregnant much at 16 weeks im currently 23 weeks and I found from about 16 weeks I'm naturally putting on a pound a week. Make sure you are eating at least 2000 calories if you exercise that much as your metabolism will be very fast also
I am not a very active person,but im trying to be more active now. Especially with the weight gain. I am 17w+2 and i couldn't even make it past 10 minutes. If i stay consistent,will they get easier? I was told to listen to my body and I did,but pushed through to about 10 minutes then started getting lightheaded and nauseous. I just started today. Maybe i pushed myself too hard to try and make it through the whole video when I'm a beginner. I was really struggling to keep up 😂
