GG Odd can't wait to see the next attempt at this insanity. Also dragging side pockets closer to the middle while your doing extra mining in between waves can save you a lot of time zigzagging through tunnels
When this series first started a while ago I thought I wouldn't like it too much, now I cant stop. I have to admit it's very soothing to watch. At least it is for me because I know you Odd are constantly struggling :D Thanks for the unstoppable hard work you always put in your content

I think upgrading dome health, drilling and carrying would be a priority. Also stun laser is much better than auto cannon and lift for speed or tp if you find it. Enjoying the series and looking forward to more
Haha, awesome that you gave it a shot! Seeing that you did, i had to try it myself. I did choose a setup that is easier though, i think - sword dome. Had two top gadget drops with lift and teleporter, and brought it home after 13 waves. Maybe a bit early for a medium map. Oh, and i also got the shield upgrade in the third round or so. I think the laser is harder because it will take more damage early on. I do want to try the laser too though, and actually go for YAFI :D Thank you for taking the challenge

Not sure if your still looking for new challenges, but how about a “drill skill hell.” No parameters on anything but the fact that you cannot update your drill. Alternative challenge: “Thanos challenge,” you can only go down one layer at a time, from one end of the map to another; small map totally acceptable. Hope it breaks you in the most friendly and encouraging way!
You keep ignoring the active combat abilities and you suffer because of this. Consider the electro blast or if you go Orchard the exploding roots are pretty good and they stack so you can have like 20+ root traps if you deploy every battle. I think this challenge is impossible without an active combat ability.
Invincibility is crazy good. "Extends" the shield, and is able to just turn off damage at the height of a battle. Is way better than just buffing the shield a few hp. And overcharging is a waste of water until the rest of the tree is maxed.
you may be sleeping on the utility of the shield battle abilities, given that you're trying to minimise the damage each fight, the reflection or even zapper are potential force multipliers in pursuing that goal
@@LucklessLovelocks The fact that you need to convince him at all baffles me because he played RE2 and RE3 Remake so why not RE4 Remake as well? Everyone's loving the game and it's a serious contender for Game of the Year. I'm curious as to why it was not on his radar to begin with. @@LucklessLovelocks Did chris mention why he was unsure about wanting to play it? He does get a lot backseating- especially when playing resident evil games. But i'm curious on why he's hesitant about playing this time around.
@@NeroMystyra I think it had less to do with him enjoying it/it not being on his radar and more the timing. He couldn't start it right away since he was out of town and he felt like the series wouldn't do as well viewership wise as a result. We (game content creators) often have to pick and choose what we cover to use our time more efficiently and sometimes something we would normally cover gets put on the back burner as a result of bad timing.

Challenge idea: hardest difficulty research every available upgrade in the whole tree. Don't even know if that Is possible without material converter. Guess it would need the largest Map. And prolly take forever, so I am not bummed out if you say no xD Oh also no saying no to gadgets. Full dome, full upgrades xD
I don't know if it's just me... But in my opinion investing more in the carry strength would help a lot not just this challenge in almost all his videos I wonder why he ignores carry strength so much Going so deep and then just bringing 6 😅

I think you're neglecting carry capacity way too much. You're going way yo deep to come up bringing only 6 blocks.
I was the same until I saw the light watching some Skoottie and getting jealous of the big hauls.

Maybe it's just me, but it looked like the waves were adapting to your choices and actions really quickly. Do you have to outplay the AI there?

I think the autolaser is better than the auto gun, it can take care of the small ones and does anice slow down on the big ones.
