The first time I heard this song my father was already ill, I kept listening over and over 'till the day he left. Reminds me of him, a lonely voice at first a lovely voice, touching others, impregnating them with joy, with radiance, hoping around as all it touched is dancing along, it all grows in intensity until it suddenly drop silent. That's life, I take the good in the bad, this song remind me of him, and gives me hope.

For me, this recomposed piece takes on an entirety of new emotions. This unbelievable re-imagining seems to bottle everything pure, good yet sad about the inner chronicle of what we are, what we've done, are capable of enduring, what we've created, destroyed and where we're going. I think of everything when I hear this, yet not in a way that seems palpable. I find it very bittersweet to listen to.

I've gotta be honest about the fact that I love Vivaldi, but Richter kills it. This is THE version of Vivaldi's Four Seasons that I will continually listen to. It just builds off of everything so much stronger, it sounds so much more natural and genuine to what Vivaldi was trying to convey. This is the evolution of Four Seasons to it's perfection.

I’m usually sceptical about recompositions as one finds that they seldom live up to the original. Vivaldi’s Four Seasons is one of my favourite pieces of classical music, thus I was cautious. But this is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever heard. A truly transcendent piece that provokes both emotional and physical reactions from me. Bravo Mr Ritcher.

This is a brilliant embodiment of happiness, perfectly named "Spring" as in the chords there is a sombre implication of something sad that has happened. Which would reflect how to reach Spring you must first survive Winter, but when everything blooms again you are growing to the hope that you have in fact survived another year. To understand this point, listen to Winter 3 and then this in that order. I almost think you can hear the same harmony in both tracks, as if in Winter 3 there is a hope you will make it back to Spring 1

Highly recommend My Brilliant Friend on HBO. Max Ritcher composes the entire soundtrack (using this song a TON) and the drama is unreal! Sex, violence, pride and honor, etc etc. th-cam.com/video/PXCKYOlIgTQ/w-d-xo.html

My brilliant friend. This piece captures so much emotions in its composition. The anxiety of letting go of something dear to you, while simultaneously surrendering yourself to new horizons. A spark of life that gets reignited and dances its way forward, to eventually turn into a blazing fire of newfound passion and love.
    God, being human is intense.
