CZ assembly workers sometimes use unnecessary amount of adhesive. Sometimes even barrel comes loose before the barrel nut gives up. Would you please write us an email. Perhaps a picture would help too. Will see what we can do for you.
I wish this was available about 6 months ago. It would have saved me some money.

But what did you use to her rid of the locktite? The adhesive on the threads
There's no way to heat up the barrel nut here. Just clamp it firmly in the vice by the front trunnion and use more force. This tool will do it.
