    Thanks for the info. Personally, there's a Bible verse that say to cast our burdens to Him (I forgot the exact verse). I live on this phrase. Any negative emotions that I have, I just cast it to Him. And it works all the time. And I thank God for letting me feel Him everytime I cast any burden that I have.
