Nice to see you back! I personally was surprised by the performance of this cream. I used to give Arko shave sticks to guys who want to try to wet shave and now, I prefer giving them the Pure cream, it's just easier to use... The post shave of this cream is pretty good also. Non drying to my skin, it will not leave the skin greasy. I am a little surprised you found it locally. One of my viewer couldn't find it in Europe and I contacted Gillette and asked if they would release it in Europe and they told me it would only be for the Noth American market... Man, they would make a killing in Europe where wet shaving is more prevalent than in North America... I am currently using the Karve on G plate loaded with a Voskhod in it. The G plate is really efficient and there is a ton of blade feel but the razor does remain smooth. Not a plate for everyone but people who like razors like the R41 would love the G plate.
Oh man I'm so lucky to have found the cream and I absolutely love it. Glad they aren't charging very much for it either! And I think the most aggressive I have is the F plate. So I'll give that a go soon!

Welcome back. Dont be scared using Karve CC D-plate. I even was daring to buy OC F-plate 1,23mm gap, its not a killer, still comfortablem, but shaves R41+. Cheers.

The Karve razor is so good that I struggle to pick up any of my other razors - I use the closed comb D plate and just do two passes (a mixture of with, across and against the grain) and get BBS with no irritation. It's always good to see that you've posted a new video as you have such a natural presenting style they are just the right length. Have a great week.

Great video. I have this cream and actually enjoyed it enough to buy a second tube after I burned through the first one. It works well with or without a brush according to my experience with it. I'm like you in a way that I lost my love for shaving. I still haven't found it again. I shave my neck and line up my beard, but I don't have a love for it like I used to.
Can you get tubes of CREMO shave creams? If you liked the PURE you should try ‘em. No more,expensive than the PURE and terrific residual slickness as well. Some of their new scents are VERY NICE. Congrats on your promotion! How about incorporating a catch phrase? Can I recommend, “Stay sharp!” Could become as anticipated as Paul H’s “3, 2, 1... Pick-up time, Baby!”

I don't know what state you are in but I picked up this on eBay from Chemist Warehouse for $4.49 trouble is was that the shipping did bring it to $14!! so next tie I get it I shall get it next time I am in Orange NSW.
I agree with you about the C plate, but I love the E plate a lot as well. I often break out the E plate after a few shaves, and extend the life of a good blade.
I don't think I've read one single bad review of the Karve CB. That's a razor I will eventually have to add to my collection. Been going balls deep on the acquisitions lately, need more dry powder.
