That little tail just wags and wags. He's got an energizer battery in his tail area! And "eating" human hands is so age-appropriate. He's doing so well with house training!
Oh my goodness! What a great little boy! I love your step by step instructions regarding housebreaking and crate training. They are so informing in a way that reading these steps in a book can never be. Apple and Bootsie are impressive caretakers maintaining close playful contact while keeping him safe outdoors. It's hard to tell who is enjoying this time in the sun the more. Is it Charlie and Sherlock? Apple and Sherlock? Apple, Bootsie and Sherlock? A more joyful quartet would be hard to find today.
Looks like his right front leg is coming along quite well. I'm glad he is thriving. I'm willing to bet that after all the attention you've had to give him, you'll be so bonded that you won't be able to give him up. Your love is obvious. ❤
So happy to see how much Sherlock has thrived and he’s moving lovely 😁 and he sure is showing mommy he wants his independence 😂 adorable. Moms will always be a Mom ❤ nice to see him exploring the outside in the daylight in perfect weather 🐶👍🏻🥰❤️🙏
Ciao Charlie, Annarita dall'Italia!
Well this brought a smile to my face! Sherlock, you are handsome, healthy and happy. Charlie are you still doing therapy on Sherlock’s leg? It looks great!
Sherlock has pretty much graduated from swimmer status, but I still give him a few runs through the chute and a couple of minutes in the wobble board every day.
Sherlock is still just over 2 pounds, and a hawk can (and will) carry that weight away in a flash. We don't have too many hawks, but I do see them circling on occasion, searching for easy prey.
Every canine mom is different. I think Apple is interacting so strongly with Sherlock because he has had no littermates to play with, so Apple has been his playmate.
I didn’t think Sherlock could possibly get any cuter but he has. Good to see Apple watching over her little boy.
Hope he enjoyed his time outside

My Abbie was fascinated watching little Sherlock playoutside. ❤
What a great video to show how Sherlock is growing stronger and stronger. Happy family!
You're his favorite playmate, Charlie.
Charlie all that hand feeding you did he relates to you as his daddy. Sherlock you are special❤️🤗🙏
Sherlock sure is a sweet little guy!
Winston still tries to eat mulch out of our beds. lol
A great thumbnail picture of the sweet boy!! ❤
I remember the days of being watched like a ‘hawk’ by Mom. Apple is adorable
Seeing mum and baby playing together is so adorable to watch! ❤
No hawks so I'll let Sherlock outside... To get mauled with attention by Apple and Bootsie 😂
Gosh, he is a cutie,🥰 see him next time, please give him a kiss from me.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💕
His legs are looking good now.He obviously loves being outdoors. You have some interesting birds there.Lovely garden for the dogs.
I think you have become attached to him, and he's attached to you.

Hi Benjy the cavalier in England wow you're having fun In the garden , I see just like me you can't resist those leaves. Love ❤️ you little fella x
Sherlock is such a handsome boy beautiful markings. Mom and Grandma are a little rough with the boy. I also love those little pigeon noises.

@@chaskat35 You have done such a fantastic job with him!
Your yard is lovely and quite a haven for your dogs.
So cute, what an active puppy.
Sherlock you are too cute❤❤❤ Apple is a sweetheart❤❤❤❤
Sherlock's great adventure! :)
He is so precious!!!!
Sherlock is just adorable 🥰🐶
Fantastic he’s doing his toileting outside.
Being from Australia, what is with the hawks - will they grab Sherlock?
Hawks will dive into yards for any small prey (young puppies, kittens, squirrels, bunnies, gophers, etc.)
Sherlock is still just over 2 pounds, and a hawk can (and will) carry that weight away in a flash. We don't have too many hawks, but I do see them circling on occasion, searching for easy prey.
That’s really scary 😳…..reminds me of that movie with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds where the bird gets the puppy!
@@user-dt1db1up8whappens here too in Australia with the wedge tailed eagles if you live in regions where they are
Why is Apple so all over Sherlock when outside? We have not seen Bootsie behaving this way towards her pups, at least not on the video.
Every canine mom is different. I think Apple is interacting so strongly with Sherlock because he has had no littermates to play with, so Apple has been his playmate.
Hi Charlie,
Are you ever concerned Apple is too rough with Sherlock when they play together?
Not at all - it's obvious to me that she's just filling the hole created by a lack of littermates.
Thanks!
At what age do you typically place your puppies with their forever home?
Usually 10-12 weeks. Sometimes a little later, but never before 10 weeks.
