I find it amazing that certain communities in the UAE don't have proper drainage. That is crazy! Also, in most western countries it is illegal to sell or hawk items on the street. You are subject to arrest for selling items in traffic.

Yes there is no drainage. As for the institutions for charity I’m not very sure
