The Taurid meteor group is the origins of the Younger Dryas impactor. Ancient peoples called ALL comets "fire snakes" and "flying snakes" ergo legends of dragons. The origins of the Taurid group are a 200km diameter progenitor ice body that broke up over millenia, the largest remnant of which is comet Encke. See Napier and Klubes work on this topic. This was also the time when spirals and swastika icons appeared all over the world in petroglyphs at the same time, representing a spiraling comet, its rotational axis in line with its trajectory, coming straight at, or near-intercept of Earth, a fragment or fragments of which caused the younger dryas impact.

It's similar to multiple cultures around the world telling very similar stories. There is a truth in there somewhere. Your upload is fascinating as this too is another version of very similar stories (though I will add this maybe in some cases be the stories coming back on themselves) - i wrote this before listening to the second half! Pt2: Absolutely intriguing as I was of the impression Atlantis was the home of the Dweller (Enki - typically represented by a serpent) not the Falcon god (Enlil). Thoth says he came from Atlantis where his father (Enki) resides. Very interesting that this is also portrayed as the home of the falcon god. What's fascinating is that we have two opposite stories but with the same background. Thank you for your efforts.
Plutarch confirms in his biography of Solon that the story comes from Solon. This is an important piece because there are many people who insist that Plato created the story of Atlantis.
Plato insisted that he didn't make it up and that he received it from his ancestor Solon.

Close, but no cigar.
Solon MAY have been Plato's ancestor, but the story of Atlantis come from Critias the Younger, just as Plato wrote. Plato was merely the "secretary" who wrote down what Critias and Timaeus spoke of during the dinner party that was taking place at the home of Socrates.
The story of Atlantis came from Critias the Younger, who got it from his grandfather Critias the Elder, who got it from his father Dropides, who was a "relative" and close friend of Solon.
All of that information is listed in Plato's 'Timaeus'.

Randall Carlson has some videos explaining how the Mid-Atlantic ridge functions like a hinge, responsive to the isostasy of the Atlantic basin. When polar icecaps melted rapidly at end of Younger Dryas, the large influx of water depressed the thin crust of the basin submerging the Azores basin and with it Atlantis.
Yes, he's made some great videos. I think that there are additional factors that might have contributed to this effect, There's a hotspot under the Azores that's currently in a period of low activity.

Thanks for the video. Enjoyed it and I never knew anything of the Edfu story, so it's pretty much all new to me. I'd hear people telling about it and what it supposedly contains, but never has anyone gone into this amount of detail. I'm going to have to watch again and pick it over with a comb. I'll also be sure to read those books, I think. At least one of them is free!

The drop sounds like wave form propagation after an impact. The same shape we see in a drop on a still pond, the same shape we see at the Richat and at the adjacent city center of Atlantis. Titanium forms a hexagonal crystal structure, drops from space, and would make a splendid throne..
It's clear Atlantis island was in the area of azores islands, and it have the shape of a five pointed star, as the maps showed by Tolkien of Numenor, his version story of Atlantis. Modern mid atlantic ridge maps shows too the same continental shelf (submerged land) in the form of a five pointed star. Also their descendants live today among us, they are the portuguese and galician people of the coasts of iberian peninsula, where atlanteans already built settlements and some cities prior to their collapse and downfall

The Falcon god coming to give hope after the flood aounds like Noah’s dove who does the same thing. It could be a metaphor for the constellation id Libra. The snake could possible also be the snake constellation near Scorpio. Both shown at Gobekli Tepe. My theory is “Noah” built Gobekli Tepe with material from the ship used to escape from atlantis

Their was defiantly a flood around 12K yo. The younger dryas was the reason…could fave been a comet.
Perhaps the "Athenians" mentioned in Solon's account managed to invade the island? That would explain how they somehow disappeared at the same time under similar circumstances while Greece remained

What is the sound eye? Sounds have a duration and are invisible, they can be heard in total darkness. Vision requires light and is immediate. What would happen if these sense turned to face each other? If they switched roles, obeying the laws from one another? Then switched back again? Would that not be a memorable moment? Or would it go unnoticed? If one has experience this could they share it? Could they share it without allegory?

You mention Atlantis being an island off the coast of Africa.
But Plato has a detail that seems to refute this and everyone appears to overlook it..
The account says that Poseidon came down and took Cleito as a wife, then broke the ground of the mountains that Cleito lived in with her parents.
This breaking the ground created a basin with 2 atolls & a center island.
Then the basin filled with water and he lived on the center island and had offspring. His new family was isolated as Poseidon seemed to have intended
..this was because the account say mentions that at the creation of ‘Atlantis’ before the offspring grew up, was a “time before ships & voyages”.
The account states that Cleito lived in these mountains with her parents before Poseidon showed up. Her parents Evenor & Leucippe migrated to these mountains well before the time of ships & voyages.
So by deduction, Atlantis was an island created in a continent & had to be like a lake with atolls & and island.
PLUS the account states that the promontory (peninsula) of Athens and its mountains were full of fertile soil & like high rolling hills whose soil had all fallen into the Aegean in a massive landslide after an earthquake
These mountains were stated to be now a left over skeleton of what once was.
If this happened, it would have created a tsunami
The promontory of Athens is angled so that a resulting tsunami would be directed straight towards the coast of Tunisia.
There was a landslide in a fjord in Akaska around 1950 in which a survivor told this story of being on a fishing boat and the tsunami creating a 1000 ft wave that came across, then down & out the fjord wiping out all the trees on the lower part of the mountains down the fjord
..this was just a landslide off of 1 mountain. Plato’s account says that all the soil from all the mountains of Athens fell into the Aegean.
This indicates that Atlantis would have been on the African continent.
These are details in Plato’s accounts.
Details stating Atlantis was on a continent connected to other continents, as Evenor & his wife had to have walked to those mountains
The details then show us that this continent had to be the African continent.
Double check what I am saying. Then please get back to me if I am reading these details wrongly & am mistaken in my deductions 👍🏼

Plus weren’t the Azores named after another son of Poseidon, rather than his first son whom was the one whose namesake Atlantis took? Just like Tatenen was named for the primordial mound? and Gades named for Atlas’s twin brother.
Atlantis was created into a mountain range before ships & voyages and after 2 humans walked there and had a daughter there. How do two humans swim way out to the Azores?

Did you know there's a theory that proposes the location of Atlantis to be The Eye of The Sahara? there's even an excavation expedition going there to find any clues about structures
I heard that the Richat structure is off bounds to archeologists. Jimmy from Bright Insight expounds this theory very well for those interested.
@@SamSpeed90 Again with the this story of "The Eye of the Sahara"! Apart from being absolutely against everything reported by Plato, it's already been dismissed by Randal Carlson as an impact crater. They will find nothing there but pebbles and sand; if there had been ruins there, even simple square stones, but still of megalithic dimensions, they would have been known for millennia. It is very cheap and convenient to search for Atlantis wherever there is no problem of a diving expedition to depths that require complex and expensive equipment
Atlantis was an empire stretching across the Atlantic ocean all the way from Bimini to Africa where the Richat structure is which was a grand city.
Atlanteans traveled all over the world.

He's got it wrong! The creation story he's referring too pertains to the Arctic Circle...North Pole/⭐ Star! You see, when talking about the Ancient Egyptians cosmology, you have to inject the flat earth concept into your research because they believed in this concept. Sorry, but that's the way it is! The navel of our plane is the Arctic Circle & they do have northern lands covered in glaciers! The distant northern island off the coast of Russia, called Nova Zembla, has ancient temple remains that I recently viewed to which no one has an explanation!
