Yes exactly, 1 Q is like 1 auto attack from the dmg, she is not a mage so thats fine i guess. It still got some range and got only 0.5 to 4 seconds cooldown and is aoe. It is more to poke enemys rather then burst them.
Which is why it's constantly banned in HGC. They don't want the opponent to make a mistake and pick a useless hero! They want to have a real challenge!
