Hey, Spaßvogel - danke vielmals! Since Maiev's very beginning in wc3 TFT I was her greatest fan, and since she'd been introduced to the Nexus I was finally addicted to hots myself... Even changed the whole game to English because her German voice was awful... And finally with the recent season she also got nice skins... jussst adorable. However, ever since I've been struggling once in a while with her and her high demands on the player's "finesse"... Often I don't really combo off, although for example I never have problems to finish the pin-down quest in an appropriate time. I think I also am quite good at choosing the right build for most match-ups. Probably it's also the map- and match-up situation that makes me suffer some games but... Watching you and other Maiev players pulling off everything that goes motivates me a lot and helps me improve my own skills. I'd really love to see you elaborating on Naisha's memento (how do you combo off in a warden's cage correctly - sometimes I have the impression that she doesn't auto-attack besides her Q, so it'd be a waste to turn N's M on, at all) and the E-trait build. So, go for it and thanks a lot (in advance)! Sry for the long text - I'm just being enthusiastic a lot! And never forget: Justice will be done!
Btw, there is a combo that allows you to get 5 stacks without blade dance. The only thing that you need to do is to cancel your aa with your Spirit of Vengeance and then do your combo normal. You probably will not get this is a normal game and of course in a normal game you will pick blade dance but I guess its interesting.
Oh Spas, you underestimate me! i learn a lot of Maiev combo by watching your old vid so many times :D it's the main reason why i give Maiev another chance after being dissapointed initially She's still stupid hard though, and i wish Q dmg is higher, the reward just feels too little for the effort

I think the reason this works is because the tether is actually a debuff on the enemy, and the ult timestop freezes debuff timers.
