  • Mike Adams and Terry Rowles are two of the most respected coaches in the world and are well known for their ability to help people swing more natural and a lot faster. Fred and Hannah went to see them at their location at Sunridge Canyon, AZ to work on gaining swing speed. This is the first video of Fredrik's full lesson and the results speak for themself!
    If you're a coach that wants to learn how to teach to swing it faster or a player looking to increase your own speed then check out Mike and Terry's online webinar here: theultimategol...

    I've been a fan of Mike and Terry's teaching for years. This was really interesting as Freddies measurements matched mine (side under grip, front post and equal height to wingspan)

    What a golf lesson! Speed gains were amazing, and like you, I have heard "use the ground" for a long time, but not really known what that means. Also the first 4 mins on grip and stance adjustments to keep the face square purely based on a few body measurements was almost as impressive as speed gains.

    Mike and Terry’s swing changes help a golfer in minutes; and once a student’s body adapts and integrates the changes after the lesson, the student becomes that player they had visualized. Invest in yourself and become an Ultimate Golf Lesson Student ; I’m glad I did. Harry

    My measurements are very similar to Fred, wish I would of discovered this techniques years ago when I was younger lol. Really helps my game, 😊 200 yards 6 iron, very slight draw. Could not be happier

    Terry and Mike have given my teaching the greatest boost in the last 2 years that I could never have dreamed of through the #UGL. This is another example of why we test.

    Gonna have to change the other channel to long game gains! 😉 Awesome work! And just adjusting my feet to a similar stance, helped me with my hook or over draw and had a bit more power in my swing!

    Will definitely try some of this down the range, see if I can get past my 101mph with driver. Just to clarify, did you strengthen your left hand a little?

    • @FredrikLindblomSGG
      @FredrikLindblomSGG 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes slightly strengthen my grip to square club face better at impact. Has nothing to do with swinging faster. After testing my body Mike & Terry recommended me to strengthen grip because it would match my measurements better. Will do another video about this.

    what did squaring his right foot and flaring his left foot help him to do? I'm guessing there were some other screens you guys did to figure that out? thanks

    • @stevecuthbert5150
      @stevecuthbert5150 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm guessing it had something to do with loading! Squaring the r right foot loads the backswing and flaring the left foot helps the onloading since he is a front post player....just my understanding but I could be way out...

    Anything to show what the arm span and elbow lengths relate too?

    • @ryanwilliams5698
      @ryanwilliams5698 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Arm span identifies the top of the swing plane. Since his arms are the same length as his height, his left arm will go more or less across his shoulders. Longer arms go above, shorter arms are flatter.
      A forearm longer than an upper arm will result in a steeper delivery through what they referred to as the shoulder plane a short forearm relative to the upper arm would lead a hip plane delivery. Since his were the same length, they would refer to him as a torso planer. Each of the biomechanical features has three options, essentially, but you can think of it as a spectrum.
      In my opinion, if you want as deep and understanding of this paradigm as possible, you should dive into EA Tischler’s videos, websites, and books. Mike and EA founded bioswing dynamics together, but for various reasons they seem to have gone separate directions in the last three or four years

      😴😴 if you don't want to get better, you don't have to. Competing at a high level in sport involves putting your body through stresses. Physical exercise is good for your body...but nobody said that elite level sport is good for you!!

    Yeah, more speed but probably lost precision.
