- Foodie International heads to Ethiopia (the source of coffee as we know it) to volunteer at Fresh and Green Academy in Addis Ababa. Here, she is treated to a traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony where the beans are roasted and ground on the spot then the coffee is boiled over hot coals. This video gives viewers a glimpse of daily life in Addis Ababa and how coffee is traditionally made in Ethiopia.
I make coffee this way on occasion... but I do use a burr grinder... fresh roasted coffee is the best.
Looks so simple, i want to try making coffee from this way
I have espresso maker, drip, moca pot ... at my home .... but this is something that I need to try out !

you can't get coffee no fresher then that, Starbucks eat your heart out.
Totally agreed .... I have been not drinking coffee at Starbuck for almost 10 years ... to support local independent coffee shop.
I thought you gona show the process without cutting like that! This process may take 30mn! During the 30mn every body should discus!!
