- After my trip to Sicily was cancelled due to COVID-19, I enlisted local Melbourne chef Joseph Vargetto from Mister Bianco to make me the Sicilian offal street food sandwich I was desperate to try.

I had the most wonderful Food/Vino time in Palermo. I loved this sandwich and the other was the BBqed Lambs intestine
I would like to know the where Joseph's restaurant is so I can relive those wonderful experiences.(please still be there)

I would have watched the whole video…. but I found this lady so annoying that I gave up after the third minute mark. Oh, and did she say “ bueno”? At some point? I think she did. Why would she say “bueno”?
