I'll find this out eventually in the spring, but will it pump with that switch not in the piping system itself. I found one of these in the garbage, it's new, never used. Want to make it into a pump to drain water from areas that get flooded.
i have a waterpump for 1 year, problems now, the 1st floor is not getting any preassure, i have to go to the ground floor, open the kitchen tap about minute, then the waterpump starts, please advice
Maybe you need a bigger pump in your case. If a 3/4 horsepower isnot sufficient. Then get 1 hp or a 1.5hp. Make sure not to get an oversized pump so you wont go above the 80psi safe limit or it will break your pipe fittings or appliances
Look in the manual and see what it sees about adjusting the pressure flow switch and adjust it for a lower turn off pressure. Or you may have to install a pressure regulator at the discharge side of the pump where the pump connects to your house side.
I had an issue, I lived in high rise building and the pressure before installing pump is terribly poor. After installing the pump, I noticed the pressure is improved significantly however I am not able to turn the faucet more than 10 seconds or else the pump started to cavitate and the water flow started choking. Do I need a small tank to act as a dampener?
@@youcandoitmaybe5909 indeed it was. Since that I installed a small holding tank about 20 litres. Now my kitchen sink water flow and pressure is better
I have a well with a submersible pump down in it along with a pressure tank in the basement. Can I use this pump in conjunction with my submerged pump and delete my pressure tank
What they dont tell you is that this method will increase your electric bill. Because the pump is constantly turning on and off during the day. The version with the tank is more energy efficient.

yes we do!!!
we have a pump in our well, as we removed our old pump and pressure tank in the house and installed this one! works like a beauty
That word delete is long overdue in Oxford dictionary for what you want to achieve.
Have a video showing installation of model purchased
would u mind sharing the video of the installation
Exelente video thanks sir for that
Hi. What's the name of the part that you fill water by it?
It is just a plug you need to remove with a wrench.
@@VickyGeagan thanks for answering
Can I use it on any motor?

Issue is that tanks dont last long enough. In a few months or a year you will find it popped and wont be storing pressure
Жаль что, нет перевода по-русски
pump is nothing but trouble. will not shut off!
Figure it out?

Might be a defective flow switch.
You need to turn the screw on the back of the flow switch to the left
