My hole for this backdrop have widening and the main pole keep falling out. How do I fix it

We are sorry to hear about the trouble with your backdrop stand. Have you tried to use sturdy adhesive tape or wrap around the area where the pole inserts to provide extra thickness and stability? You can also fill the widened hole with a suitable filler material such as foam or rubber to create a snug fit for the pole.

Can I use a drap valance and another crossbar for layering drapes?

I actually have this set. It was cheaper than the actual backdrop set I got from a different supplier. This is not good for multiple draps or the ones that use double or triple cross bars. It was more equivalent to my photography stands and cross bar.

Right! I was very dissapointed in the crossbar it barely supports any weight it begans to sag
How did you let the cross bar up? I see it but I’m unable to pull up
Hi there! Thank you for watching our video! To add the crossbar there is an insert slit on each upright. The crossbar ends need to be attached to those slits.
Once the crossbar ends are added you can turn the knobs on each ends of the upright, pull the upright up to the desired height. There is an inner adjustable part and an outer upright. I wish I had seen the comments about the weight capacity before I made my purchase. I bought it for the greenery backdrop but now I'm scared to use it for my event. It sags majorly in the middle with the greenery.

What's the widest background stand you can buy? I have a 20ft backdrop fabric one piece but cant find a big enough stand without a middle pole blocking fabric

Can i use this for the flower wall?

The open spots on the upright arn’t showing on mine. It’s stuck. I don’t know what tools to use to unscrew the portion that’s covering the open spots.
Hi Adriana, thank you for watching our video! You can loosen the lever and turn your upright upside down. Then tighten the lever in place once the inner rod has come out.
