Hi there! most pipe and drapes sets will fit in a regular car are they don't come extended the full 8-10ft or however long your poles are. They do collapse and expand to lock in place when in use. We don't know where in specific you can get the chandelier hooks but if you do an internet search for the hooks it will show you where you can find them locally or online. Chandeliers can be attached to the drape set with specific hooks that are wide enough to fit over the crossbar and that will support the weight of your chandelier or you can also use a wall mount hook behind the wall of the backdrop to hang your chandelier on.
