    I love how some teams like to push the pace of the game. So much fun to watch.

    This is really well done! Very insightful, I enjoyed it a lot and I appreciate the work that went into it. Thanks for posting!

    Great analysis. Could you also do one on the Grizzlies, they've went through a roster over haul and do play at a faster pace, but somehow retained their gritty identity and as a result seen a lot of success.

      @coachdaniel8163  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Possibly. Though the faster pace needs context. They do play faster than last year, but are still only ranked 29th in pace.

    can you do a video explaining the pelicans offense since it's such a unique line up?

    Can you please do a bucls defense/offense video this season? Their offense has changed with the addition of bledsoe and their defence, which is supposedly the trademark of the team isnt working well this season. It should be interesting. Btw loving your videos keep it up

    Ill boycott Nets games if ever they decide to fire coach atkinson. Dude is lowkey one of the better cosches in the league. Dealt with a pretty shitty roster but is making the most out of it

      WormChemistry I'm a nets fan, and I love Atkinson, but he does have his weaknesses, his fast tempo demands a minute restriction on most players, but he follows his offense so hard that even if a player is on fire he'll bench them. plus our team has a terrible defense and its gonna take time to fix that as well

      gotta agree man, he does have some downside, but his system makes the game so much easier for nets. Nets system is kind of system where players can easily develop into. They have clear roles, gets everyone involved, and relies on smart ball movement. I see on reddit about how he should get fired, but if you actually analyze the game and the system, he's doing really freaking well. Nets live and die by the 3s, and as players develop their shots, there's huge potential for future.

      BumSoo Kim yea hes great as a player developer, and this is only his 2nd year so I'm hoping in the next 2 years he will have learned to teach defense or implement a good defemsive system

      i tend to give lesser known coaches more slack if i knew they came from a really good coaching tree. kenny atkinson was mike d'antoni's assistant when linsanity happened, and then he was also the assistant when mike bud's hawks did really well in 2014-15 (correct me if any of this is wrong), so i want him to be given a chance for a bit longer before people write him off. their front office gm was also hired from the spurs.
      besides, everybody knows billy king set the franchise decades back, and that's always going to take a lot of time to fix.

    Freaking Awesome playbook 😂😂😂, wish my Lakers ran all of this for Isaiah Thomas & KCP, separately in the Allen Crabbe role of coming off double screens for Catch & Shoot.

    3-pointers are the Great Equalizer if you don't have the same talent as Playoff teams from the Western Conference.

  • @deandrepage1048
    @deandrepage1048 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    The Nets that nobody would come to Brooklyn, so they took on a couple of HUGE contracts that teams were trying to dump (Crabbe, Carrol, & Mozgov).
    Harris, Carrol, D'angelo Russell, Crabbe, & Stretch-4 Quincy Acie are all 3-point shooters.
    Brooklyn basically took on salaries that nobody else wanted. They are trying to win with an abundance of 3-point shooters.

      The Nets got the shooters but they’re missing a game-changer once Lin went out. The Nets will be back stronger - day and night with Lin on the floor. Everyone needs to be healthy. Nets 45+ wins 2018-19.

      He's a few million annually overpaid, but that's not a huge deal. He's a solid player, Blazers miss him.

    The Brooklyn Nets is moving in the right direction. JLin was and still is the X-factor for the Nets to make playoffs. They need everyone to be healthy - 48 wins in 2018-19.

    Early Offense double-staggerd screen is much better than Spurs Motion Strong 😎😎😎.
    Teams should use both though for the POST-UP option already built-into both Spurs Motion Strong & Weak (Cross-Screen).

    Great head coach and plenty of 3-point shooters 😎😎😎.
    Center not being a jumpshooter is the MAJOR PROBLEM !!!
    Try to get Brook Lopez back in Free Agency = NBA Playoffs to pair Lopez with Joe Harris 😎😎😎.

    With Kyrie Irving on the team I realize what was wrong with Brooklyn even last year = defense was a problem, but they got a FREE PASS on defense.
