Yep just what I thought

Everything in this world is subjective
Most of their picks are accurate though. Death, RATM, Mastodon, SoaD, Nirvana and to my understanding (given I'm not as well versed on their discographies), Alice in Chains, Gojira, Meshuggah, and arguably Opeth have not made a bad album.
I'm not counting Tool because I haven't gotten around to Fear Inoculum yet.

Fun fact, this list isn't called the only bands that have never made a bad album
Someone pin this post.
It's not even called The 15 Best Rock Bands Who Never Made a Bad Album.

Now do "Bands that never made an album"
If a band only releases singles, then it is possible
But has something like that ever occurred?
So... pretty much every high school band and a lot of local bands.

Led Zeppelin- “ you gotta be kidding me “
Nah the albums after Physical Graffiti aren't great.
No. You can say they had the greatest album run in the history of rock from Led Zep 1 to Physical Graffiti. But the next two weren’t at the same level as the previous ones. A few tracks on In through the out door are pretty good but Presence totally sucks except for Achilees last stand.
Nischal Vijay Reddy tea for one and nobody’s fault but mine are pretty good songs on presence besides achilles

I agree with almost all of them, BUT you have to admit that some of them, like RATM and Tool basically play their own genre, which means if you like them they never made a bad album, if you hate them then you hate almost every song they made!
Tool is unique, I wouldnt say their own genre, that's more Gojira.
Yeah i know what you mean
@DonJuan LeBron I don't hate Tool, but they're not everyone's cup of tea you know. Also yeah, Deftones is definitely missing!

grunge is not metal. i dont even consider the king of the bunch, alice in chains, to be metal. nirvana is ok for not metal, but its not metal.
LordOfNihil yes Alice In Chains. A still big band but nowhere near as iconic as Nirvana, they’re the kings of grunge ok sure.

Every Alice in Chains song was the theme song for my life during the 90's. Angry, depressing songs about drugs, death, and suicide. Still my favorite band 30 years later.
The fact that Black Sabbath wasn’t even on the list
I don’t think you could put technical ecstasy ,never say die, cross purposes ,forbidden or Born again on a list of good/ great albums though .
The original lineup ended with a very mediocre album followed by a truly awful album.
You should be SLAPPED for forgetting how meh were Born Again, 7th Star, Never Say Die, Forbbiden, Tyr or even Dehumanizer. Not EPIC! :D

I personally would rather listen to wild horses farting for 18 hours straight, than to listen to 3 Alice in Chain songs which I find so bad, it is like torture to me.

@@ManVanHell The heaviest matter of the universe
My thoughts exactly :D
What about the link ?
@@zdrett the link ain't bad tho
Here's the biggest issue with this list: You have no minimum number of albums released. Nirvana only had 3 albums total before Kurt killed himself. Bolt Thrower had 8 albums and Death had 7. It's a bigger feat to have 8 good albums than 3. Nirvana never had a chance to release a bad album, but who's to say they never would have. Who would have thought after Master of Puppets that Metallica would ever do any wrong? There are a lot of bands like Slayer, Iron Maiden, Megadeth etc that if they had broken up by their 5th album they would never have had a bad album. That's why Nirvana doesn't belong on here. And the bands that should be on here are Coroner(100% never released a bad album) and Enslaved.
This comment deserves plenty of praise
@Dehumanized Anomaly And you said the same thing on someone else post. Your troll tactics are a fail.
@Dehumanized Anomaly When all you're doing is posting on different people's posts that every band they listen to never released a good album that means you're either a troll, an attention seeker, or have shit taste in music.
@Dehumanized Anomaly The fact still remains... your taste in music is shit
@Dehumanized Anomaly You post a shit comment, I reply with a shit comment. It is legit
it’s the bands that have never made a bad album that also only makes bad albums to some people.
Pain of Salvation

AC/DC
Trivium

Soundgarden:
Ultramega Ok
Louder Than Love
Badmotorfinger
Superunknown
Down on the Upside
King Animal
This video should be called, “How to Start a Flame War”
My two favorite bands were the first two mentioned here, props for that. Death has to have the greatest discography ever, all of their albums are brilliant. Another good shout IMO would be Acid Bath, even though they only released two albums, they were both amazing. Vektor would be another great shout, all three of their albums they’ve released so far have been absolutely phenomenal.
Out of all the bands, BOLT THROWER most definitely gets my vote. I will say though, their earliest albums that had more of the Crust Punk and Grindcore elements were top notch awesome.
Definitely deserve to be in this list
Do you know what the song was?
@@lordjacko7697 I am attempting to get the song name, here is their discography ("Realm of Chaos" is one of their Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 anthems):
In Battle There Is No Law! (1988)
Realm of Chaos: Slaves to Darkness (1989)
War Master (1991)
The IVth Crusade (1992)
...For Victory (1994)
Mercenary (1998)
Honour - Valour - Pride (2001)
@@lordjacko7697 most likely is "Realm Of Chaos" based on a line in the live lyrical vocalization
Plus a bunch of Warhammer references
Queensryche , Obituary , Testament, Kreator, Crimson Glory, Holy Terror...
Obituary has made some pretty bad albums. But their first four and the self titled are all great.
Carcass
I agree that Death, Gojira, System of a Down, Messhuggah hasn't made a bad album
Same! These others can suck it
Disturbed haven`t a bad album

Name a bad tool album
The Beatles once had an album where only FIVE songs went Top 10... losers
King Crimson, The Smiths, Radiohead, Porcupine Tree, The Beatles, Led Zep, Pink Floyd.
As much of a pink floyd fan that you are, gotta admit at least one post-waters album is trash
Love all those band, yet King Crimson and Radiohead fans including myself will get their panties in a knot over what their "worst" albums are haha
Pantera had really good albums besides there 80’s glam metal albums but Phil Anselmo wasn’t there yet
Phill was the vocalist for the 4th Pantera album if i'm not mistaken and that album happens to be the last glam album they make i think the album name was Power Metal. So ye Phill was not the reason for them dumping the glam style at least not the only one.
@@emil4me Power metal was not a glam metal album, it was speed metal, and it was actually good the 3 glam metal albums before where shite though.
@@icantthinkofaname5526 Pantera never did a speed metal album they had few speed metal songs but never album and the last of the glam metal albums was Power Metal , you need to look it up a bit more
Power Metal was with Phil. And of all 4 albums during their 80s years, its their hardest according to sound
@@emil4me
Power Metal isnt Glam at ALL. Power Metal also sold a ton of records for being independently released and it got AWESOME reviews.
People just pretend that isnt the case, but it is.
