    Minute 2: 5 Thrusters (135/95 lb)
    Definitely a nasty one but absolutely achievable. The row isn’t comfortable but it also isn’t all out. I don’t believe pushing to the edge on the row is beneficial either as gaining an extra 5 seconds rest isn’t worth the pain to gain that. Goal was to hit 1100 as fast possible and then cruise. Was getting off about 52 second each time. As for the thrusters, they hurt the legs way more than the shoulders so I was really focusing on the press to keep the legs as fresh as possible for the later rounds. Thought I might need to break them up eventually but was able to stay unbroken. You’ll have plenty of rest after the thrusters so use the first 5-10 seconds of the second minute to prep yourself and then dive in. Give this one a go!
