I must have missed the Skeleton Bay part...great wave though! Good fun. I know exactly what you mean about seeing great sections but not being able to find them. I think we've all had sessions where it looked "as good as it gets" but just didn't quite go that way in the water.
I live in Costa Rica and have visited this spot a few times. Looks like the swell direction was about 5 degrees off when you were there. When its on, that wave is amazing, and just keeps going (im also a goofy footer, so it makes it a bit easier)
@@diabolical1976 Yeah I traveled and surfed all over Nicaragua and Panama. Went to Guatemala, El Salv and Honduras a few times. El Salvador and Honduras really sketched me out though. My favorite Central American break for me at least was El Peradon. Especially those Southeast swells. I miss it so much man. I lived there from February of 2010 to November of 2014. First year I lived off Morales towards the east end of Pastor Diaz avenue. Then after that I moved right up into the Hermosa hills as soon as you come down the cliff or the old surf bar used to be on the right but to the left of that up the hill. Those are my greatest memories in life so far. I'm planning to retire there but it's going to be another 15 years. The last time I came back for a month was in 2018. I'm planning to come visit for 6 weeks for my 40th birthday and 2 years. I actually just turned 38 today. Pura Vida bruda🤙
I don't know the spot at all but it looks like nobody really got the dream barrel so the conditions were probably just slightly less than ideal. Good enough to make it look amazing but not perfect enough for it to be easily surfable. Still looked like a fun session though
Jeez mate, that one looks tricky, if you are having a difficult time making the sections I guess I'd be making the drop and getting tanked 🙂 Looks like a nice session though!!
This place looks great for a goofy footer like me who lives on the East Coast of USA and can't afford to go to Indo. I've been to Costa Rica once 20 yrs ago. Sounds like I need to renew the passport and hit Nicaragua next.
It would be super nice to know what kind of boards you are using when you travel so we know what boards are good for certain areas!! Thanks dude and cheers mate!!
@kalesbroccoli hey quick question. You say that the inferno 72 is the best surfing board you have ever been on but it doesn’t seem like you ride it much. I don’t catch all your videos so I could be mistaken but is there a reason you don’t ride the inferno more?
Saw myself in there . Best day of year out there… thanks for bringing all your buddies and blowing up the spot
exactly another youtube TOOL

Mind surfing is always so much easier from the outside looking in.

Is this Sandino???
When ever i think of skelteton bay i think mellow long left with short barrel sections 😂
Sorry but not in the same league as Skeleton!
This looks so fun! Challenging but not death defying
Is it sandino? I was out there in 2017 10ft and it was insant
Same question I have
You found Skeleton Bay, huh. You missed your true calling. Natural fertilizer producer and salesman.

Skeleton bay is a far stretch, but what a great wave

Looks good! Closes a lot with the shifting outer sandbar I'd bet...

Somewhere in Costa Rica on the pacific side.

Nicaragua
Can you do a tutorial on duck diving
Have done!
@@KalesBroccoli thank you will watch
Surfed it last year and a 14’ croc came out the rivermouth as we came in on the boat…
Sandino???
Isnt this the very well known spot, Freight Trains?
When I surf off a boat I’ll whistle loud then get off my surf board an use that to wave.
Plenty at witches also, crocs that is
big skeleton bay energy
Yewwww … just gotta keep an 👀 out for 🦈🦈🦈
Hello looks like I'm being ripped off by your program, :( I haven't even started using it and now it has disappeared! I have receipts of purchase
Hi. Send us an email and we’ll fix it up :) kalebrock.com
You riding the schooner ?
Yeah this wave looks extremely tricky especially for regular footers. Goofy footers dream tho.
Kinda like skeleton bay
Nice swell ya might wanna use a longboard in order to kil it! 😁💥😎
Be good if you Link with another day in the life. Chris Conner has the best surf stoke.
best wave ive surfed in nica is the left out back of grand pacifica say hello to robin for me
From your title up here i do not believe you have been to namibia.....
Looks like the box
Skeleton….?……is it a shark feeding station…….nice fun wave though
Little bit click batiey homie!
Talk about taking an instant crowd
Sometimes unavoidable in a surf lodge concept
If Skeleton bay was crap, this was it:)
Skeleton Bay much heavier but nice wave otherwise.
I want to go there on a bomb swell.
Thats no Skeleton Bay type wave. No where close.
There are soo many crocodiles in that rivermouth. Not worth the risk.
Have you seen them before?
Stay away everyone. Too many crocs. 😉
the click bait was 100% though😅
Is a good wave; but not a 1/4 of Skeleton bay
❤😮
I heard there’s a gnarly crocodile situation there. Someone got chomped there this morning.
Sharky looking
Def not even close to skeleton bay mate!
Subnator
No , not even close . PUNK Wave for Punks is what this is - get real
First
Sweet wave. But you didn’t find anything, locals took you there for money
Almost seems as though it would be easier if it was a bit bigger
Harder - the place is mad shifty
MAD
skeleton bay bro this is click bait BAHAHAHHAA
second
Nope.
skelton bay is one of a kind as are all of gods creations no 2 are alike
