I had high expectations for this one but it fell really flat for me - kind of like Combat Commander, when I really didn't like that I couldn't do whatever I wanted, due to unavailability of orders. It may make more sense in tactical game, but way less in a strategic simulation. Also, I really struggled rules-wise - for a game pretending to be relatively simple it has too many unrelated mechanisms that I needed to learn separately. On the positive side, I really liked the card system and combat mechanisms, plus the idea of "opposed racing game"...
