I love that you’re not stingy with the caramel on the macchiato. It’s my favorite drink & just the right amount of caramel is what makes it taste like a macchiato rather than a vanilla latte.

@@Timepi3ce_3001 no caffeine! It's made with vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and milk all mixed up. The foam is made by putting it in a blender to incorporate the air. If you wanted to order this in a store, I would personally ask for a "cold milk", substituting milk for vanilla sweet cream and add strawberry puree, shaken, and top with the vanilla sweet cream cold foam with the puree in the foam, and top with strawberry inclusions. I estimate this costing around $6-7 for a grande, but could be off. (I work at Starbucks rn so I know the secrets!)

@@MariaMarmora It's inexistent in 5 out of the 8 states and territories here. The 3 states that have it make up 60 stores, but they are only located in tourist locations, as a sense of normalcy for those who drink it back home. Our café culture and preferences for European-style espresso means that Starbucks just can't crack into the local market here.

Probably only an Americano. No jokes. If you're aiming for ketosis, the whole dairy and fruit options are going to be adding too much sugar into your diet, which is what you're trying to restrict in the very low-carb consumption diet.
