One day you might walk into your favorite restaurant and be told you are not allowed in there anymore because of the scene you made the other day or your brother might get you fired by going into your work place and insulting your boss. the OP should talk to as many of the important people in his life as possible. Friends, coworkers, owners of business he frequents and tell them of his nutjob twin brother and his fear of the brother pretending to be him and damaging his reputation with them. They will actually find the story INTERESTING and ENJOY listening to it and that will help them remember. It wont' be something boring like saying you have peanut allergy or something.

I was stopped on a routine traffic stop. After giving the cops my ID the police arrested me. The police told me about 5 different crimes I'm going to be charged with. At the police station talking to detectives it was obvious that the real criminal used my name because all personal information about me was wrong. My mother's maiden name was wrong. My birthdate was wrong. Everything personal was wrong. When the detective asked me if I know the 2 guys he was arrested with are I knew it was my own cousin. My entire family didn't know why all of a sudden he moved back to Arizona where he came from. Now I know that the same day he was released on bond he caught the first bus back to Arizona. I was looking at 25 to 30 years in prison for the crimes my cousin did.

From what I’ve read, a certain percentage of identical sibs can have the same dna, some have very similar dna. Fingerprints are very slightly different. Maybe your attorney can pull a sneaky move ala Perry Mason & find a way to get his dna to check/differentiate against yours. You said he has a tattoo? Tattoos can be covered with the right kind of makeup. Op, please contact an attorney to ensure there’s a way to differentiate between the two of you. From what I’ve read, a certain percentage of identical sibs can have the same dna, some have very similar dna. Fingerprints are very slightly different. Maybe your attorney can pull a sneaky move ala Perry Mason & find a way to get his dna to check/differentiate against yours.
You said he has a tattoo? Tattoos can be covered with the right kind of makeup. They can be lasered off-- yeah, expensive, time consuming &, I’ve heard, painful-- but people as psychotic & sociopathic as your brother seems to be will go to any lengths.

A trim is 1"-3", after 4" it's a cut, and over 10" it's an extreme cut. I would post on her wall of Faces the exact length they want cut in feet and inches. That will shut up any flying monkeys. 1"-3" trim, getting roots done, and styling are reasonable requests, more than that it's wig time.

They never said how involved the pictures were. If it was a video, also it was not disclose what was in the video. If they were 'doing it' then he used his circumstances to both cheat and frame his brother. In either case, the brother is losing it mentally, and it sounds like he escalating.

She can pick her own shirt. A gift is just that, a gift. Not sure where the idea started about having to buy for people exactly what they want every time.

I always hate college fund stories. Like, yeah that money is for your college fund, but it belongs to the parent paying into it. If you're not using it, then it's not yours.
