After being fired and undergoing horrific behaviour from Disney, Elon Musk on behalf of Twitter and X has teamed up to Sue Disney and Lucasfilm With Gina Carano. Despite actors such as Ewan McGregor from Obi-Wan Kenobi, She-Hulk and Simon Pegg doing similar things. Pedro Pascal made far worse comments, with no punishment. Is Gina Carano's Disney Lawsuit the only Disney product worth watching?

Gina Carano is suing Disney and Lucasfilm with the help of Elon Musk from Twitter and X. After being described as abhorrent, despite the fact that describes the treatment she received at the hands of Disney itself. Her treatment was clearly not for what she said, as many other Disney and Lucasfilm have said similar or worse things to the fans. But because she dared disagree with Disney over their new cultural aims. As Disney and Bob Iger have proven they don't want to change the company despite that causing Disney to burn piles of money. So without voluntary change, one option is the legal system against Disney's systemic hiring policies. Due to the cost, and Disneys bottomless pit of money it would take someone like Elon Musk to back you for this to happen. But as this seems to be a chance in a lifetime opportunity to hit back at a horrific company, this is something I'll be looking forwards to following. But what do you think? What do I think? I would advise CAUTION. Mr. Musk is not a savior and we are talking about America, here. The USA is, most sadly, and insane country. Do you really think an American court will go against 'the narrative'? Do you expect an American Judge to end his/her career by following the actual law? Do you expect an American corporate raider-tech-billionaire-deep state military asset to fight for the little guy/woman? This is just a pantomime because American culture is poison. Now, as I've mentioned before, the REAL issue is that Disney is not even trying to make money but is instead a culture tool for a non-entertainment agenda. That would be an interesting discussion. So "strong" she is well beyond the statute of limitations for both defamation (1 year) and wrongful termination (2 years). She did not sue before because the entire case was hopeless, to begin with: She was fired for insulting a bunch of people online. That's it. Whether the insults were on political grounds or not matters really little since it was not the political nature of her actions that got her fired (officially) but the insulting part.

You know things are bad in entertainment when it spawns an entire niche of commentators like Drinker, Nerdrotic, and my personal favorite (DISPARU OBVIOUSLY) that are dedicated purely to making fun of modern entertainment companies. The fact that these companies produce enough content to feed channels like Disparu makes me so happy. It'll be a sad day when they all go bankrupt or actually learn their lesson and get back to making good entertainment for us all.

I've been hoping she'd sue since the day she first got fired. It was so obviously a wrongful termination, and the way they defamed her afterwards was also illegal. I don't know why she waited this long, but if Elon Musk is picking up the tab now so the risk to her is greatly reduced, I'm just glad it's finally happening. I hope she gets a big judgement out of it and an apology. And then I hope there's a lot more lawsuits against these woke companies as well.
