Just a quick note, just wanted to give credit to TLSG who came back after a 5 month hiatus about a week ago and came out with a vid on the Jean Ongoing brew he was working on before Jeans buff. That said, Woodys deck does have a couple of cards different they may have come up with the deck the same time. I brought it up more to also give credit to TSLG as well not to start deck ownership drama lol.

Ur trippin. Quit simping over Loki. If the metas clog getting their stuff for cheaper is useless. This is CLEARLY a different meta at infinite and OLD players playing OLD linear decks. It is not the best deck. You old heads love when a meta looks familiar smh
Loki makes me VERY glad I tend to run Mobius, and primarily play decks that usually have important setup cards such as Ravonna, Kraven, Korg/Rockslide, and to a lesser extend Elsa. He was mostly an inclusion for me to disrupt anything seeking to use Sera, Death, or Ravonna (and protecting me from the Dream Dimension I swear I see every 4th game), but hoo boy does he put Loki in a box. When they don't Rogue it.
As someone who got Loki literally yesterday I'm glad for that Loki list. Struggled with Loki yesterday, but after adjusting the deck today, it clicked with me and I went to win 9 out of my last 10 games.

The end turn bug is real. Sometimes I can end the turn or move card and I have to hurry to close the game out and reopen it. It’s annoying. Great video again!
Also I spoke with Woody on twitch. I don’t have Jean and he recommended replacing Mojo with Lizard and using another ongoing card.
I’ve been using that Loki deck for a few weeks now and it helped me hit infinite in a few days. Great deck

Loki being top dog totally makes sense - skillful players can recognize their outs, play the list with tech, play the opponents list with cost reduction like better Sera, or use low energy threats to scale higher and go over the top certain matchups.

I've been having a lot of success with Loki this season. On ladder it has a great matchup against many things, specially against the popular mill deck. Against decks where Loki isn't very good you have the backup plan of Angela Elsa shenanigans. In conquest it's also pretty good, as with Agent Coulson and Loki, they're never sure of your output range.

Been running the Loki deck, but with Hope & Rogue instead of Cosmo and Elsa (since I don't have her). I've had some pretty good success, but will test Cosmo to see if that's any better than Rogue. Great vid as usual!
Some quality decks in this video. Been having a lot of fun and a surprising amount of success with TLSG's version of the Woody deck at the start (though with Agent as TLSG suggested but didn't/doesn't own).
Going to try and tune in for some if not all of the Snap GT top 16.

Was very sure that after the patch we"re gonna see a meta shift, which indeed happened, and Loki would be again in the top decks, because of the amount of midrange decks currently in play, as stated in previous post, which I'm not happy for. Like other payers, I'm enjoying this exact Bolt deck, with great success, in conquest mode I'd say. Thanks for sharing!
FWIW, I have that exact Loki list saved from a few weeks ago, credited to Tanjo. Either would have been from here or KMBest that shared it.
Every night I come home from work at about 1am. I do my daily snap quests.
The past couple weeks I have been see8ng the decks on this channel, but the night before they are put out in video.
Last night I played vs the jean/manthing/agent deck, then I see it here of course.

I've been playing something very similar, although i have omega red and goose for some lockdown (preventing heavy hitters on a location) and punisher, cause I don't have US Agent, also no Iron Lad and Jeff in mine.
Is Iron Lad really worth it to swap in for Omega Red? Cause he is an ongoing and those 3 points have saved me a couple of times.
I beat this Loki deck in 2 different conquest matchups with my semi-mill/mockingbird Loki. One was a good fight, but only because Coulson saved his ass early so it went to round 5. However, I'm not convinced Angela/Kitty works against mill because I kept stealing their Kitty or more powerful cards to go over the top. YMMV
Loki is good any time because most people don't know how to pilot the deck properly. It takes practice and discipline....when to snap, when/if to Loki, paying attention to hand size, knowing the deck you are up against. A semi-mill helps you learn more early. I believe most people fail Loki because they get married to their hand and do not want to swap out or they Loki with too few cards. Pro tip: you want your hand as full as possible when you Loki.

I think roping is probably way rarer than most people judge, on the rare time when you get it it is REALLY obvious, like every turn last moment. I think most other cases are just people actually using their time to think (and the odd distraction irl making them miss the start of the turn, which is inconsiderate and still takes the opponent's time but don't attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by distraction!)

Yeah my climb to infinite was extremely smooth this season because of that build, though Im using Zemo over Cosmo because I wasn’t ready to relegate him yet (that variant is too sweet)

@@jessierolan The Loki deck in the video, i use Zemo because he synchronizes well with Mockingbird and Elsa but Cosmo is a great option because he gives you a chance against decks that Loki can’t usually beat.
What are the tricks behind playing Valkyrie? I get dropping her on six with a 1 drop to seize the lane but anything else I’m missing why she is so great?
It's easy to lose priority with the void and opponent's often clog that lane, so it's a great way to turn what looks like a major loss into a win.

Tourney was a blast my first one and I didn't quite do as good as I'd like but oh well I'll try to improve for next time and make it to day 2 next time hopefully haha
Edit: also went vs duboss and talked to him a bit his deck was an incredible read on the meta and I hope it gets featured at some point on the channel very unique smart and good deck especially for conquest/tourney

Should my priority cards be red hulk and mockingbird. Hulk is a big stat stick monster and mockingbird seems op as hell in bounce and other decks. Thoughts?

I don't think that many people understand that there is no way to "fix" Loki. The design is such that the better one is at the technical play and meta game understanding of Marvel Snap the better Loki will perform. As such it will always be a top performer at the highest level. ALWAYS.
Great take. I think even on this tournament, plenty of Loki decks did not perform above the average. It's a pure guess, but it just depends on the pilot

as someone that wants to play spiderman 2099/ghost, why cant he destroy the highest powered card in the lane? CannonBall moves the highest, Shange kills anything 10 or more, lady death kills all 3 and under cards, 2099 "I'm gonna kill that spider ham on turn 6 to help you out".

I keep hearing that Loki is the best deck in the game, but I just can't figure it out. I've been trying different versions of the deck all season and my win percentage with him is hovering just above 40%. I am having moderate success with that Spectrum list, even without USAgent, though.

In the Spectrum deck, why would you want Armor over Colossus? I guess to protect Ant-Man and Nightcrawler from Killmonger, but mostly you'd be helping your opponent more (not that you even have Shang). Colossus meanwhile is immune to Man-Thing even without Luke Cage.

my cousin ropes, he is 14, he gets pissed when he has bad winning streaks, watched him do it hence how i know and asked him why and that is what he told me. i know it sucks but he also has a friend in school who is challenged and he plays really slow which looks like roping but he is not, anyways that is my two cents.

I think roping hate is blown out of proportion if it’s on ladder. Some people are just ordering food or in the toilet or washing dishes. Basically multitasking something.
Conquest is different at the higher levels since they actually care and want to win.

There's a long explanation as to why I don't especially value gameplay videos in the channel FAQ linked in the description to the video, but the short answer is - I don't think it helps you become a better player. Even so, we have something for gameplay coming with the next season.
I’m a data enthusiast, and I regularly compile the Top 20 performance cards from various sites every week as a reference for the meta trend.
Based on the data I’ve observed since the Thanos nerf OTA, the most consistently performing cards are Annihilus and Hela. Therefore, I wouldn’t be surprised if either of them were nerfed or adjusted in the upcoming patch.
However, I hope they consider implementing some “smart nerfs” instead of simply weakening them. For instance, what if Sentry’s ability was inverted so he couldn’t be placed on the left lane and instead generated the void on the left? Such “smart nerfs” could have a significant impact without rendering the cards useless.

@@Straend3r Since the locations are revealed from left to right, players typically start playing their cards from left to right, making it easier for them to fill up the left lane than the right lane.
Additionally, Annihilus players usually prefer not to play Hood in the same lane as Void. If Void is generated in the left lane, it means they have to take some risks by playing their Hood in the middle or right lane at T1, introducing some variables.
So these changes can indeed have some impacts on Annihilus.
Until SD does something about Loki or Quinjet. Loki will be a top deck. Discounting everything by 2 cost is too powerful.
