Please don't follow these instruction and instead follow official e3d's directions. there's a lot of problems here. firstly install the nozzle first and then the heatbreak, when you install the nozzle tighten it all the way (not with force) and then unscrew 1/4th of a turn back. make sure the heater and the sensor are in the middle of the block too. be careful to not tighten the heater screw too much.
also apply thermal paste (make sure it can go up to at least 300 degrees) to the heartbreak's LONG SIDE ONLY. where it screws into the heatsink. that can help you a lot. i think they actually even include thermal paste yet not show using it on the video? /shrug. do not apply any thermal paste to the short side that goes into the hotblock. also clean the excess if it's making it transfer heat from the hotblock to the heatbreak.
not to mention they didn't tighten the nozzle more while it was hot. after all this heat up your hotend to 220-230 and tighten it (the actual final tightening. you don't need to tighten it before this). don't apply too much force. but at the same time too little is bad. just i'd say an avarage amount that's not feeling scary. You screw it like you'd replace a nozzle.with a hex socket and a wrench
still I'd recommend you go there instead of reading my comment or watching this
