I believe if you wanted to put a view fence up you could get that approved by the HOA - definitely something to check into if you are concerned about security.
Don't plan on golfing much. Can't get tee times. way too many people here now. Its the Pulte scam, sell Sun City Festival as a golf community, short us one golf course and keep building homes. Don't buy here!
Thank you for your insight Bill. That is very unfortunate. I remember buying in a community back in 2000 and the builders promised the world. Shopping, community pool the works. 14 years later we didn't have any of it, it was always "coming soon". Now they finally have it in that community...but it took 20 years.
