Personally the power lines would be a deal breaker. Don't know if they're bad but you are right it will effect resale.

They are definitely visible on the way into the community. Once in the community they are visible in some areas.

We traveled all over the USA in an Rz pulling a car one time we parked under power lines in a Lowe's parking lot over by the side unbelievably you could not touch the metal or un hook your car without gloves on you would get shocked, directly behind me was the lumber yard so I ask the guy about it he said why do you think everyone there was wearing gloves, would not want to live under one that's gorgeous sure thus is completely true

@Living in Phoenix Arizona I also contacted a Friend that lives in sun city, and it's too over crowded if your a golfer, you have to draw out of a lottery for tee times and allot more homes to build, I'm looking toward Anthem or south of there

tee times during the season is a real problem. With 7200 homes and only 27 holes of golf makes it a difficult proposition in getting tee times. Grand on the other hand has four (4) resort style golf courses all par 72 which are all within the Grand community.

Don't buy here in Sun City Festival if you want to golf. Pulte screwed us out of one golf course, now there are too many people so you can't get tee times. Scammed us!

Yes that’s a con if you don’t want to drive 15 to 30 minutes. I get it!!
