My friend says sure, and the lady, without waiting for my friend to get her a piece with the tongs and some gloves, reaches her hand into the bin and gets one herself. They had to throw out the entire stock.

They did this to all of the small bottled fizzy (soda) drinks in the store. When they were caught I think they had to pay several hundred/a few thousand pounds (£) to replace the entire stock of fizzy drinks because they were basically ALL contaminated. (before COVID-19) In the US there was that stupid woman who licked a tub of ice cream and put it back, she filmed it for social media clout. The entire store's stock of ice cream had to be removed and destroyed. I think she had to pay for the entire stock of ice cream AND the deep cleaning of the store itself, the shop had to be closed and cleaned. She deserved to be forced to pay for all that contaminated product. She was *told* to use the tongs, she didn't, and now it costs her far more than "just 2 rolls".
More businesses should apply that "You break it, you buy it" policy every time someone intentionally destroys or contaminates a products, to start getting those inconsiderate Karens in line.
When it comes to the story of the woman contaminating stock, I remember that one time when I saw a biiig fly landing on some baked good in my local supermarket. It didn't do anything dangerous like lay eggs, but who knows where it had its legs prior to that? I never bought a single item from that section ever again.

Buying from the website and making them pull it from the shelf isn't malicious compliance, it's what they want you to do. Their inventory system automatically adjusts itself for website sales and gives the store full profit credit. Compared to price matching which gets marked as a store side loss. They'll price match another store as the sale is at least partial despite the markdowns loss. But from their own website they want you to order online and then let the system do the inventory adjustment. It's better for their individual store bonuses doing it this way.
In stores, where i'm able to buy cake or bread etc. I always use gloves or tongs, when they're available 😉👍 I could never in the world just pick up something without that, because other customers also should be able to have some of the products 😄

The problem with the TV story is that it's not up to the employees what's on sale online and what's not. Putting the employees on blast online for following orders is bad form, especially when people nowadays are losing jobs.
3:15 I hope this happened during the early months of the pandemic, you know where it was agonizing to even find toilet paper, nowadays it hard to find toilet bowl cleaner
I had a similar issue with plumbing and a landlord. We rented the third floor of an old house converted into apartments, and during a crazy cold winter, we noticed that it was taking longer the water to go through the drain for any sink/shower. We told the landlord, as we were unsure if plumbing beyond a basic toilet clog was our responsibility. He put off replying for about two weeks, and then finally came in to try to use a unclogging chemical. The next day, our water was draining fine-- but flooding the first floor apartment. The landlord had poured an undiluted agent down into a CLAY piping system. The agent had eaten through whatever was used to hold the pipes together. The request while he tried to fix this-- for us to not shower, or use the kitchen sink for two weeks. I told him that if we do not have access to water, we cannot live there, so we are able to withhold rent. He told us he would not let us do that, and if we tried, he would take it from our security deposit. So, I continued to take long, hot showers, every day that week before we moved out.
For the first story, what OP also could have done is leave her things all over everywhere, so the roommate couldn't do anything without touching her stuff, lol.

Bread Lady violated multiple health codes and could have gotten the bakery shut down. Anyone who does such things should pay for everything they touch and/or damage.
These puns are making me run for the dough. Honestly, Rslash is my favorite reddit TH-camr out of all the ones I've listened to, and I've listened to quite a few. I binged his channel for a few weeks to catch all his content. I listen to his videos while working almost every morning
When ur a cashier at walmart, and a Karen wants to speak to the manager, “ I am the manager “ I want to speak to the super intendent, “ I’m also the super intendent “ I want to speak to the owner, “ lady, I’m the owner, I just like dressing up as the peasants who work for me! “ LOL
I hate that the manager at the end "wouldn't get away with this these days" - the woman openly and knowingly ruined that bin of bread. If she had the pandemic virus she could have spread that to 240 others, and would have laughed... and the manager would have been wrong for making her take those infection bombs away?!
Imma go promise two Karen’s free dinner that they are supposed to buy each other. Soooooooo who will lend me the money so that the managers can deal with them
Is it like this in the US as well: in Germany if your landlord refuses to do repairs, you can just reduce your rent, till he fixes the issue. But if your landlord can proof that the malfunction was your fault alone, then you'd be responsible to pay for the repairs.
Bare in mind, most "rolls" in supermarket bakeries in the UK cast anywhere from 40p to 65p (ballpark from memory, could be higher), and that lady's arrogance and utter karen nature cost her anywhere from £89.60 to £145.60 PURELY cause she was being grubby and sticking nails and her hands in and on fresh goods.
First story was so funny to me! Karen: " I'm going to get her kicked out for touching MY stuff! " Talks to housing manager and fines are put into effect. OP: "Okay good luck then!" (marks EVERYTHING that is hers.) Karen: "WTF! is THIS!" surprise Pikachu face! Karen kicked herself out of their apartment! In the end she limited her choices to 1. buy EVERYTHING that OP owned so she can use her OWN things! 2. Risk the fines and eviction. or 3. Pay the fee that she was trying to avoid! Sounds like she might get kicked out of the apartment complex with how messy and ungrateful Karen was. She probably had "issues" with her other roommates too. LOL
Basically it costs less to process credit cards online than in store. Also the few minutes between order and pick-up allows more time for stolen credit cards to be frozen and reducing charge backs to the store. That is why you cannot honor online prices in store.
Some of the best advice I can give to tenants, is to always communicate in some written form, back up text messages, and save all documentation you receive for your apartment/home. Contracts, work orders, rent invoices, rent receipts, etc. Even photos (and get lots of photos/video for damages that may be disputed.) Shady landlords rely on stupid tenants that don't read or keep their paperwork, or that don't keep good records. Don't expect them to keep records for you, or give them to you if you're in a dispute with them.
If you aren't subscribed, why are you such a Karen?

Bread Lady violated multiple health codes and could have gotten the bakery shut down. Anyone who does such things should pay for everything they touch and/or damage.
These puns are making me run for the dough. Honestly, Rslash is my favorite reddit TH-camr out of all the ones I've listened to, and I've listened to quite a few. I binged his channel for a few weeks to catch all his content. I listen to his videos while working almost every morning
Lmao that last one is my grandma for sure why do old ladies have to squeeze the rolls?😂
“ LOL
That last story, we need more managers like that, who stand up to uppity customers trying to cause shit.
When before he says the word dough an ad comes up and I knew he was going to say dough so I started laughing
Me too!
Just say Karen I’m all of this... 😂😂😂😂
I bet that Karen at the grocery store will never.....
....roll here eyes again
In this COVID-era, that last Karen would've been tossed out while half of the store screams at her...
I hate that the manager at the end "wouldn't get away with this these days" - the woman openly and knowingly ruined that bin of bread. If she had the pandemic virus she could have spread that to 240 others, and would have laughed... and the manager would have been wrong for making her take those infection bombs away?!
« .......a lotta dough..... !» HAHAHAHAHA 🤣🤣🤣👏👏👍
that last one is absolute gold!
I love stories with karens getting some heavy dose of justice.
That Karen had it coming ngl
An ad played cutting off the bread joke and I have never been so disappointed in my life.
Imma go promise two Karen’s free dinner that they are supposed to buy each other. Soooooooo who will lend me the money so that the managers can deal with them
Someone else is paying, invite me
Karen okay! Here’s a coupon! -hand expired coupon/
@@greasypunkboy8933 I deserve this so much, I'm going to the restraunt now
Karen have fun!
@@greasypunkboy8933 IT WAS EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY 😡
Funny thing about the last story is that they absolutely could get away with telling off that Karen now.
It's a shame that the bakery wouldn't get away with that now. So many Karens might be stopped
I live in the uk and i love the last story makes me have faith in humanity again
Is it like this in the US as well: in Germany if your landlord refuses to do repairs, you can just reduce your rent, till he fixes the issue. But if your landlord can proof that the malfunction was your fault alone, then you'd be responsible to pay for the repairs.
_Daaaaaammmmn!_ There should be an extra like button to hit, just for that Gold Star Dad Joke at the end!!!
For those who don't know, in the UK those individual rolls cost about 60p on average. So she spent AT LEAST £134 on being a snob.
Everyone gangsta till the Karen cut walks in.
Talks to housing manager and fines are put into effect.
OP: "Okay good luck then!" (marks EVERYTHING that is hers.)
Karen: "WTF! is THIS!" surprise Pikachu face!
LOL
Whoa, three minutes that’s a new record for me
my highest record was 3 seconds lol☢
@@edd14theradiationqueen40 I had something similar I think
Someone buy the manager from the Bread Roll Karen story a 6 pack and a cigar. What an absolute bro unit.
That last one was amazing. That manager is awesome
I am dumb, i read the title as "karen gets instant karen" i was really confused
to be fair a Karen having to suffer the wrath of another Karen would be instant karma ;)

The lady with the rolls was hysterical.
The teacher should've pushed back on the vacation. Especially given they booked off 5 months in advance.
