Hi Chris, thanks for this lesson. I've got a question... in the verse section when we're playing the Bmin7flat5 chord, can we change the pattern and play 5th and 2nd strings together, and then 4th, 5th... 2nd (instead of 3rd) and 3rd (instead of 4th) or 2nd and 4th? How do you select which sounds to play?
I don't recall ever having heard this song before but it's so nice - and within my modest capabilities. I shall definitely be having a go at this. Thanks, Chris 👍
Very nice and easy version, I learnt the whole song surprisingly fast. The recurring pattern helped me with memorising it, but I also think I keep getting better by following your videos. Thanks a lot!
Really good lesson and song to play going to learn this style .
Song

You're very welcome!
Great job, thanks for sharing.
You're welcome
Yesterday I was listening to Clapton's rendition of this song and today you've dropped your lesson. Coincidence?
Been listening and learning Eva Cassidy's version passed few weeks, this man is in our heads! Lol
That’s no coincidence
Here's a question - why use a capo for this one?@@SixStringFingerpicking
What a beautiful song! Thank you for the great lesson! :). I also love Eva Cassidy’s version of Autumn Leaves.
You’re very welcome, yeah I love everything she did
Buenísima! 👏
If you take requests would love a tutorial for ecstasy of gold
I thought this was from seiji Igusa, he plays it so different and wild.
Your version is so calm in comparison & more manageable.
Beautiful and simple arrangement. It is infinitely better to play something simple well than something complex poorly! (Reminder to myself)
Couldn’t agree more. Thanks

You’re welcome, it’s an old jazz standard. Eric Clapton’s done a nice version of it that’s worth a listen
Eva Cassidy's version will always be the one I think of playing this 😊
Nice song, haven't heard it. Thanks for the lesson!
As always you’re very welcome John
