Since everyone knows his shitty personality how come he can be in such a position? I mean look at Argentina, even they were in need of striker, they refused to invite Icardi to national team because what he has done to Maxi Lopez.
@@jerrybrowntft650 I would imagine if it was down to the people to decide who their manager was (which is what it looked like you were insinuating), then there’s a good chance giggs wouldn’t have gotten the job. Especially not after an interview like this where Rhodri is exposing the extent of what his brother is really like.

And if you’re apart of the board of management over the welsh football team I’d imagine you’re going to pick the most accomplished, talented, famous and notorious ex-professional player to manage the team, regardless of his family issues. So it makes perfect sense to have him managing a team. As with regards to football he’s a candidate that stands miles out from anyone else.
This guy has suffered immensely throughout his life yet remained incredibly resilient and positive.

To be fair Rhodri admitted he was a wrongen in his youth. (He probably shouldn't be throwing stones in glass houses!!) Ryan was a model pro who shunned the limelight and the commercial side of things!! Yeah Giggsy got his end a way here and there, but it will never tarnish his reputation as the greatest midfielder (and most succesful) from the UK in the past 40 years!!! Cracking interview James, it’s such a shame that Ryan tarnished his amazing career with his off field antics. Rhodri seems a strong character the way he can still speak about his brother being a brilliant footballer
To think Rhodri is such a good dad after how his dad was is unbelievable. That story about what his dad did on his birthday is unreal and gives some context into how Ryan has turned out
I've always wondered the same in terms of his family background. Not to say Ryan is not responsible for his own choices but it's also interesting to know what impact his family upbringing had on the choices he would make in his adult life.

Many of the problems I have encountered in adulthood were a result of my childhood like you. You are so calm and philosophical I am full of admiration for your attitude and devotion to your kids. I just saw this for the 1st time and have 2 things to say:
1) Rhodri is worth a thousand of his disloyal, scumbag brother.
2) I used think James was a bit of a dick but found out about him when he was having grief from Shaun Atwood (I used to be a fan) but now I think James is so much better as an interviewer and seems like a much better person. Keep up the great work and you’ll get all you deserve!
