- As a photographer, I am constantly looking for unique light. As a bike rider, I am constantly looking for the best trails to ride. Thankfully, the epic landscape of Southern Utah provides both of those for me. The steep ridgelines of the Utah desert create dramatic, high-contrast, scenes as the sun rises and sets. These scenes are so inspiring to me, and the best part is, my favorite trails ride right through them. 'illuminance' is a short film in which I express my view of light, through my bike riding and my cinematography, I hope you enjoy.

dude, i absolutely love your content and video style, i was wondering what a good video camera is that is under 100 dollars 2nd hand, on a really tight budget and want to do what you do!
Glad you enjoy the vids! I would look for a cheap canon dslr. I started with a Canon T2i in 2015 for $175. Something like that with the kit 18-55 lens will be a great place to start 🙏

@@Montytobin Sorry to hear that! I am not familiar with that camera unfortunately. That said, if you are struggling to find a camera, I would recommend using your phone. That is what I did before buying a camera 👊🏼

How did you get those drone shots by yourself
I used the waypoints feature on the dji mavic to set a flight path, then I would hit fly and try my best to match my speed to the speed of the drone ✌🏼

What camera ??
Everything was shot on a Canon R5 with the exception of the POV shot, Drone shots, and the two clips where I actually filmed the R5 🤘
Yo what camera(s) did you use??
Most of the video was shot on the Canon R5, POV was GoPro Hero12, and drone was a DJI Mavic 2 🤙
