Just got watch 6 classic had kept watch 5 pro and sold it the battery life avg use and always on display ast 6 hours 6 is untested Had apple watch ultra it lasted me 2 days
They don't have the same os so better wait when the watch 5 pro will receive the last os and also that the watch 6 receive his first update to compare because it's a new product...

Also remember the SW5 has older Ui interface and older smaller wear OS as each new OS gets bigger, so longer loading times, which is why the need for a faster processor, and more ram
A few things that you have to know the first thing is sometimes booting takes little bit longer than usual so you had to repeat testing that. Second wake up response I think depends on current watch face too, because in Galaxy watch 6 classic the watch face was more graphical than watch 5 pro so it needs more processing.
I believe screen wake up works on the sensors not on the watch face, it's just how your mobile phone wakes up when you lift it irrespective of the wallpaper , notifications or clock face you have set. it just wakes up. And with respect to boot up you may be right
@ThePhoneFuel also about changing watch faces on watch 5 pro you have selected the same watch face was pre loaded before but in watch 6 you choosed new one which requires to load the new watch face to show
@@divyanshkashyap8887 mine is bluetooth variant. getting 40 to 40+ hours with AOD off, wifi ON only for the app updates, Auto Brightness ON, Location always ON and workout of 30-60 mins per day with GPS on (mostly auto detect workout mode with GPS). In short I could say that I am definitely getting more battery life than my GW4C 46 mm (it had ~34 - ~36 hours battery life). So I am happy with my GW6 47mm. Charging speed is also good.. 0-100 in ~75 to ~85 mins (depends on the room temp). Much better than GW4C's ~150 mins for 0-100!

I'm getting 2 full days with mine. I love this watch but that is my one complaint about it. I had a Garmin Venu SQ 2 before this and a charge would last 11 days. 😮
As far as I know the GW6C is still on it's initial firmware release. This is odd to me as the GW3, GW4C, and GW5P all updated when I received them on their respective launch dates. Personally, I have overheating issues with every single LTE call.

5 pro is better, new improvements are minor and it beats the watch 6 sometimes. The battery life is way way better on the 5 pro

Definition of better obviously depends on the user. Coz if 5 Pro is better, no one would be buying the 6 Classic.

A lot has to do with software optimizations. Hopefully Samsung will update the 6 as it's on initial release of 5.0.
I remember the same thing when the GW5 came out, the 4 was a bit faster till the 5 got further updates
I chose to buy both a couple of weeks ago...will be sending back the watch 6...
