Butter spray on tortillas for warming it’s even and light. Also diced green chili’s every time you make eggs, but my biggest tip is anytime you use a pellet grille (traeger) cold smoke it first for extra flavor. You’ll thank me when you do burgers and fries and you never want them another way again

My tip: You don’t have to freeze the sausage roll overnight to get it to hold shape. Place it in the freezer for 30-45 min before you put it on your grill or smoker and that will give it enough structure to carry through the cook! Saves a couple extra steps and you could even pick up the sausage the morning of your cook if you didn’t have any on hand!

Hey, do you ever do a sale on a sample pack of your rubs? I have watched you for some time and want to try your rubs but not sure which ones to try. Obviously I cant afford to try them all so thought I'd ask about a sample pack. Cheers and thanks for sharing your bbq knowledge with us.

Killer sammich there Kosmo! Really love that smoked fatty.
I make a bunch of Moink balls ahead of time and keep them in freezer....I add a chunk of pineapple too the toothpick and when set on the grill keep the moink positioned so the pineapple is up. The toothpick set through the grill accomplishes the balancing act. Pineapple chunk baste's your moink ball as it smokes

DK - you are SO RIGHT on the bacon explosion vs a smoked fatty! Breakfast looks mouth watering, but American Cheese? C'mon DK! Get some good sharp smoked cheddar and keep it in the fridge. And where are the Bloody Marys with smoked salt on the rim? I'm not being dismissive, but with your talent and 5 more minutes, a really good breakfast jumps to World Class, just like your injections and rubs.
