I've been watching so far up to Phleg, IMPRESSIVE STUFF! I NEVER knew about the multiple Slig trick within Phleg's section, I'm DEFINITELY experimenting with that!
It’s known as the Phleg skip. You need two sligs for each cycle for it to work. When you tell them “do it” they both execute the command. The first slig activates the slogs, the second slig stops the spawn. It’s super tricky to pull off and requires perfect timing, it’s super easy to mess it up
For the most part, Mudokons that are off screen have no hit collision with grinders, but when it comes to bombs I believe he is quicksaving so that they do not blow up, I don't understand how it works, but it just does, lol.

Hey man, i dont know if its faster but i think so at 1:36:04 . You roll to the right and get those 3 dudes. You roll back to the left, 3 steps away from the black and yellow wall, so the 3 guys run into the left area. Say "hello" to the upper guy. You say "work" to the upper guy and roll/run to the right. You get blocked to the right side of the wall, while all of them are on the left side. You chant and all 4 are saved, now u can go easy to the right side and open the door. I hope its a bit faster.
Bruh i just completed this game on my ps1 but how do you know the tricks? 1000s of hours of searching through each section? Lol. 43:18 since when can you slap him this way, you have to stand next to him, not on his spot, right? Im just curious how you know these tricks, theyre awesome. Good run 💯
The slig isnt on the same spot as Abe, he’s on yhe next one to the right. When the shoot, their whole body leans back so maybe that’s adding to the illusion that he’s on the same spot.

They begin jumping up on the spot for three jumps. 49:56 what’s the question about this time? 51:39 Abe runs off abs grabs the ledge above. That’s just how it works. 54:38 We pull the lever twice. That lever is set as a ‘toggle on/off’ type of lever, so you can start and stop the spawning of the slogs. It was surely never intended to be used in this way but that’s how it works so we use it like this because we can.
He knows these tricks because he’s learned them from others who have done runs before him who may have found new tricks, Namesoom has found some new tricks. This run represents the efforts of both himself and of many people that came before him. The tricks you see are the collective work of probably a hundred people or more that have at some point in time took an interest in speedrunning this game and shared their discoveries online for everyone else to see and learn from and enjoy.
because by the time the collision between abe and the bomb registers, abe has already began entering the door. it’s doable here with just a step. At the start of feeco depot there’s a bomb infront of a door, you cant do it with a step there but a run-into-sliding entry works. The explosion doesnt kill abe simply because Abe is immune to harm once he begins entering doors or wells. That’s just the way it was coded by the developers.

Are blind mudokuns in godmode when they are offscreen😂

Watched the entire thing, barely any mistakes until the Zulag Levels. Didn't think that with your skill is was possible.

time stamp 2:23 What was that? you hit the wall rolling then u teleported back then slide thru the wall? is that a glitch?
I quicksaved just before the backwards jump through the wall. Ideally I would have got it first try and not needed to reload the quicksave.

It stands for No Save States. It means you can't perform any glitches that involve save states such as ARG's (advanced relocation glitch)
