i love chidera and what she stands for. for the camera person though: next time make sure to film the woman translating the interview into sign language as well, pls.
@@marios2705 i think you probably don't know how to read. literally my quote " there is no such thing as real women, women are ALL real," i just prefer the ones that LOOK like barbie. Try to understand that statement. LOL
@@marios2705 You realize we all have a preference in dating right? some people would say i am too fat or too short or don't make enough money and i have heard these comments many times. It's reality, we all chose what attributes we value from each other. Personally i prefer to date women that look beautiful and i have dated them and i am engaged to one. She's not perfect yet she needs to lose a little fat to get six pack but she will do for now.
That women who's hosting the show seems to not be interested in their responses as she keeps looking around and down as well as shifting her body around.

Loving yourself includes respecting yourself. I don't have big breasts and I still wear a bra to prevent unwanted attention, etc. Where is the self respect?
I have them and anyone who ever made a crude remark made it while I was wearing a bra. I'm not hiding to make anyone comfortable. People need to mind their manners. If they didn't look at them there would be no unwanted attention. Simple. It's not our fault some people have a breast fetish, if they pick on you for having breasts you should definitely take them out of the closet about their breast fetish. Thoroughly embarass them rather than endure the sexual harassment.
Loving yourself means not giving a fuck about people opinions like this ,because you feel good in what you’re wearing. Stay in your lane and stop trying to shame someone for not fitting your idea of respectable!!
Good on her. But I think it’s problematic that we continually blame the patriarchy. We cannot keep blaming men. It’s insulting to the good ones. It’s like always blaming a race, or straight people. These agenda sounding phrases alienate and get people’s backs up. I’m not denying that the patriarchy is not a problem but it’s also capitalism (Chidera does mention this) and women buy into these negative messages. Women are often running these businesses. Also in many ways things have got A LOT better for women. In fact this is a better time for women in the western world than EVER BEFORE!!! This conversation would not have happened in the 1950s!! Sure social media puts extra pressure on women and girls, but it is capable of spreading positivity. We must take notice of the growing pressure on boys and men to look a certain way too (the market for this is growing sadly). Also I disagree with her comment that people are listening to her because she’s pretty and slim. She just has a different angle (breasts) and she’s balsy. Many people on TV or the internet aren’t conventionally attractive and they get listened to. Her comment actually buys into what she’s trying to overcome. She was obviously trying to be frank, which I respect, but it’s not entirely true.
Why do you think things are better or we are able to have conversations like this but which would not have been had in the 1950's ...its because there have been women who have been pushing the boundaries and calling things out and pointing out injustices and imbalances and thats how things have got better for women.Men did not suddenly decide..hey we're going to give women more freedom and rights and oay them more and allow them to own houses and property etc.Women fought for those things and still are. Also patriarchy is not about blaming men or even seeing men as the whole problem but seeing patriarchy as a system which can oppress men in many ways as well and make them conform to notions of what it means to be a man". When men decide to fight more for their liberation and to free themselves from male stereotypes and to allow themselves to express their full emotional expression just as women wish to then hopefully we will get somewhere.
Putting your breast out there will not get across in a positive way. You have no confidence in yourself, "they say I'm pretty, so I'll accept it!!"cover up have some decency
God, the way she articulates her thoughts is so inspiring. Absolutely beautiful in and out

Gosh she is brilliant
chidera is so great, i love her. Thank you for everything you do Chidera
I want this shirt!!!!! NOW!!! 💜
Slumflower is amazing
You'd think her facial beauty and vitality would trump any breast issue. But such an interesting discussion...
Chidera is gorgeous. What's the problem? Real women aren't Barbie dolls.
There is no such thing as "real women", women are all real, some look like barbies and some don't. i prefer the barbie ones
@@KAIZORIANEMPIRE You are dissembling. Living, breathing human females are "real women". They may look like, but are not Barbie dolls.

Did the documentary with Chidera ever come out? I'd love to watch it but don't see info about it...
love this
It's hard to believe Chidera had breast humiliation. If I can say so I think they look perfect :)
If you just scroll down the comments you'll find the breast shamers alive and well.
so true

Amanda i think it’s just her way. She appears interested to me.
because she has more to say. she's more intelligent than this saggy girl
@@KAIZORIANEMPIRE is it necessary to shame her physical appearance? I think not
@@iqraayasmin3939 it's always the ones with letters as their pfp don't let their words get to you.
Even the person interviewing her doesn't look interested in what she is saying. Speaks volumes in itself.
because she's not saying anything meaningful. LOL
