Chopin - Barcarolle in F sharp major Op. 60 (Zimerman)

Chopin's Barcarolle is one of his most important works, and is awash in harmonic innovation -- the last pages descend into near-atonality, and the use of the G7 chord in the penultimate flourish is essentially a very daring tritone substitution. This is the performance of Zimerman, which is my favourite so far. His playing is really lyrical and warm, and he describes the emotions in the piece really good.
