Try to use rosemary essential oil with a carrier oil like olive oil and put it on for 2-3h before u shower once or twice a week.. or if the essential oil is too expensive.. u can put some fresh rosemary in olive oil and put it on low heat for 15 min and then another 15min off heat then strain.. use it the same way.. it got my weak ass hear to grow longer 😀 hope that helps

I do have curly hair naturally, but I fully saturate and massage, leave it for at least a few hours but normally as long as I possibly can which would be overnight to 20 hours and then double shampoo and condition normally and my hair is so soft after. After having bleached hair down to my lower back (no extensions), I decided to cut it all off and start over because the texture of my hair was giving hallow straw sitting out in the sun vibes. I feel soooo much healthier and happier. ❤
My hair right now is actually really healthy and long even tho it is bleached and dyed now it is dyed coral, but ngl I had some really bad moments with my hair first time it was when I was in the beginning of my hair dying journey, I bleached it about 2 times to get rid of some colors and then ended up bleaching it about 5 times to get rid of iroiro neon pink, I ended up then cutting my hair which was mid back length to a very short Bob the other time it was less damaged ( like still considered fine) but I decided to shave it because I wanted to, ever since I shaved my head I've been treating my hair very well (I've over bleached it some times but it was in the beginning of the shaved hair days and I ended up cutting most of the damaged hair a while ago) , now it is all healthy and all of it is only bleached once. :)
In the nicest way, there's no way full bleached and colored hair is healthy. But frequent conditioning can give that illusion, your hair is also dead 🤷♀️
If you feel like your hair is getting too damaged, you can always go back to your natural hair color. Many women have had to go back to their original hair once the bleach does too much damage but you know your hair best. You'll look good in any color, do what's best for you

I fried my hair once and what helped alot was using the nexus healing shampoo and conditioner but that's just me. You should also do get a trim every 3 months of your natural hair. If you like red shades, look into henna. It not only looks pretty but helped my hair grow back in places where it was thin! I use a combo of henna and indigo for the darkest maroon red that I can get. I can only recommend the brand Rainbow because it works like it's supposed to, Every Time. I had one brand that would leak off my hair and stain my pillow cases! Henna is a stain and once you rinse the "mud" off, it shouldn't fade or "leak". It has to be grown out, but my hubby thinks it's beautiful and worth the little bit of extra time it takes.

I hate oiling but my mom made me use it. Not after 2 months, I can say that it was THE best thing I had done. The first step is to heat mustard oil nicely. Then add fenugreek seed and let it change a little colour for a while before adding chopped Indian gooseberry. You can add stuff like black cumin (Nigella sativa) and curry leaves if you can find them. Strain the oil and let it cool down before application. You can also look for other receipts on TH-cam. Let it sit for at least 2 or 3 hours before washing it off. You can also let it sit overnight but mustard oil is hot so apply it for two hours first and see how it reacts with your skin. I hope you try it and I hope your hair gets better.

Let me say as someone who shaved their head because my hair was beyond saving, do it! It is the most freeing humbling thing ever, it will grow back eventually. It’s gonna be awkward at times when it’s growing back but it was the best decision I made
